چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: در ﯾﮏﺻﺪ ﺳﺎل ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﻮﺧﺖﻫﺎي ﻓﺴﯿﻠﯽ در ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻋﻢ از ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ، ﭘﺘﺮوﺷﯿﻤﯽ، ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻊ-ﻫﺎي ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ و ... ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﯿﺶﺗﺮ، ازدﯾﺎد آﻻﯾﻨﺪهﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در ﺟﻬﺎن را ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﻧﮕﺮاﻧﯽﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺘﯽ، ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺸﺮ ﺗﺤﻤﯿﻞ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺖ، ﮔﺎزﻫﺎي ﻓﻠﺮ ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ آﻣﺎر ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﺳﻮﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﺸﻮر ﺳﻮزاﻧﻨﺪه اﯾﻦ ﮔﺎزﻫﺎ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺸﺎر اﯾﻦ ﮔﺎزﻫﺎ از اﻫﺪاف ﺑﺰرگ
ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ: ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ روشﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﮔﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﯾﻊ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮔﺎز ﻓﻠﺮ اﻣﺮي ﺿﺮوري ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دادهﻫﺎي ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ ﮔﺎز ﻓﻠﺮ ﯾﮏ ﭘﺎﻻﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ و ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار Aspen Hysys. ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي واﺣﺪ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﮔﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﯾﻊ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه
اﺳﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ وﻗﺘﯽ ﮔﺎز ﻓﻠﺮ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺎده اوﻟﯿﻪ واﺣﺪ GTL اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﻮد از اﯾﻦ واﺣﺪ 1549 ﺑﺸﮑﻪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت
GTL در روز ﺑﺪﺳﺖ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ آﻣﺪ.
ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﯾﮑﯽ از راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮔﺎز ﻓﻠﺮ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ اﯾﺠﺎد واﺣﺪ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﮔﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﯾﻊ باشد
چكيده لاتين :

Background and Purpose: In the last hundred years, to reach more manufacturing, supplying and consumption, using fossil fuel increased in industries, such as refineries, petrochemical and industrial complexes, etc. which spread severely environmental pollution worldwide consequently. The pollution as a complex problem has many reasons and also leads many negative effects, including environmental concerns, economic cost and fatal impact to human health. One of the most important cause is flare gas of industries. According to the world statistics, Iran is considered as third largest position in burning flare gas. A huge reduction in emission of these gases is one of the main goals to be achieved with the help of all international communities.
Materials and Methods: Hence different methods such as gas to liquid seems necessary as one option to recovery the flare gas. In this study, the data related to flare gas of a particular refinery with the help of simulation software Aspen Hysys, the GTL unit is analyzed.
Results: The simulation shows that when the flare gas used as a raw material to unit GTL, it will be achieved 1549 GTL product barrels per day.
Discussion and Conclusions: This case study shows that one of the most important flare gas recovery method is GTL.
