بررسي ويژگي‌هاي روان‌ سنجي مقياس فرم كوتاه سلامت روان كامل

Investigating the Psychometric Properties of the Mental Health Continuum-Short Form Scale

مقدمه: الگوي حالت كامل سلامت روان با استفاده از دو الگوي پزشكي و توانمندي‌ها، ميزان سلامت روان افراد را بر اساس شدت علائم بيماري و نشانه‌هاي بهزيستي ارزيابي مي‌كند. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسي ويژگي‌هاي روانسنجي (پايايي و روايي) فرم كوتاه سلامت روان كامل و ارائه شواهد تجربي براي استفاده از نمره كل اين مقياس بود. روش: اين پژوهش يك مطالعه توصيفي - تحليلي از نوع اعتبارسنجي بود. نمونه شامل 600 نفر از دانشجو معلمان شهر تهران بودند كه با روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند و مقياس سلامت روان كامل، مقياس بهزيستي روانشناختي و سياهه افسردگي بك - 2 را تكميل كردند. نتايج:نتايج تحليل عاملي اكتشافي وجود سه عامل را احراز كرد كه در مجموع 781/61 درصد از واريانس كل مقياس را تبيين مي‌كنند. نتايج تحليل عاملي تاييدي علاوه بر تاييد نتايج حاصل از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي، نشان داد كه از ميان الگوهاي رقيب، الگوي بي‌فاكتور بهتر از ساير الگوها ساختار عاملي مقياس را نشان مي‌دهد و الگوي بي‌فاكتور به عنوان شاهد تجربي براي استفاده از نمره كل مقياس پيشنهاد شد. پايايي مقياس با دو روش آلفاي كرونباخ و بازآزمايي به ترتيب 0/84 و 0/82 به دست آمدند. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج مطالعه نشان دادند كه اين مقياس داراي ويژگي‌هاي روان سنجي مناسبي در گروه غيرباليني برخوردار است و مي‌توان از نمره كل مقياس نيز استفاده كرد.

Introduction: The complete mental health model, using medical and capability models, evaluates the level of mental health of individuals based on the severity of symptoms of illness and signs of well-being. The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties (reliability and validity) of the short form of complete mental health scale and to provide empirical evidence for using the total score of this scale. Method: This study is a descriptive-analytical study of validation type. The statistical sample consisted of 600 student-teachers from Tehran who were selected by available sampling method and completed the Complete Mental Health Scale, Psychological Wellbeing Scale and Beck Depression Inventory-II. Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis confirmed the existence of three factors that explain 61.781% of total variance of the scale. The results of confirmatory factor analysis, in addition to confirming the results of exploratory factor analysis, showed that among the competing models, the bi-factor model shows the factor structure of the scale better than other models. an‎d the bi-factor model was suggested as an experimental witness for using the total score scale. The reliability of the scale was obtained by Cronbach's alpha and retesting methods of 0.84 and 0.82, respectively. Discussion and conclusion:The results of this study showed that this scale has appropriate psychometric properties in the non-clinical group and the total score can be used.
