تحليلي بر تاثير پراكندگي چشم اندازهاي شهري در سطح برخورداري محلات از خدمات (مورد مطالعه: نورآباد ممسني)

Analysis on the impact of Urban Sprawl at the property level of municipal service neighborhoods(Case study: Noorabad Mamasani)

امروزه تحليل پراكنش مكاني، ويژگي‌هاي ساختاري شهرها و نيز مدل‌سازي و پيش‌بيني تغييرات زماني - مكاني آن‌ها به يكي از مهم‌ترين موضوعات پژوهشي تبديل شده است. پراكندگي شهري، يك نوع رشد نامطلوب شهري است كه يكي از نگراني‌هاي عمده برنامه‌ريزان و مديران شهري مي‌باشد. در دهه‌هاي اخير، تجزيه و تحليل رشد شهري از ديدگاه‌هاي مختلف به دلايل بسياري به يك عمليات اساسا ضروري تبديل شده است. پژوهش حاضر با رويكرد توصيفي ـ تحليلي سعي دربررسي تاثيرات پراكندگي شهري بر ميزان برخورداري نواحي از خدمات شهري دارد. بدين منظور با استفاده از مدل‌هاي تصميم‌گيري چند معياره تاپسيس و آنتروپي شانون به ارزيابي و برخورداري اين محلات از خدمات شهري پرداخته و از مدل هلدرن براي بيان درصد رشد نامتوازن و يا متوازن استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق حاكي ازآن است كه اختلافات فاحشي از نظر ميزان برخورداري از امكانات بين محلات شهر نورآباد مشاهده مي‌شود. به طوري‌كه محلات مركزي شهر يعني محله يك با نمره 0/622 و محله دو از ناحيه دوم شهري با نمره 0/517 كه داراي شكلي متمركز است در سطح برخوردار قرار مي‌گيرند، در صورتي كه محلات اسكان عشاير و دوراهي مثل محله پنجم كه از مركز شهر فاصله گرفته با نمره 0/268 در رده محروم از امكانات و خدمات شهري قرار دارند. به عبارتي نوعي عدم تعادل بين محلات و نواحي مختلف شهر از نظر دسترسي به خدمات متفاوت وجود دارد. و بيشترين سطح برخورداري شامل محلات متراكم و مركزي شهر مي‌باشد. و كمترين امكانات در محلات پراكنده‌ي شهري مشاهده مي‌شوند.
