عوامل محيط دروني مؤثر بر توسعۀ ورزش قهرماني زنان استان گيلان

Internal Environmental Factors Affecting the Development of Women's Championship Sport in Guilan Province

عوامل محيطي و فرهنگي فراواني بر رشد و توسعة ورزش قهرماني زنان كشور اثر مي‌گذارند كه آنها را مي‌توان به دو گروه عوامل محيط دروني و بيروني طبقه‌بندي كرد. شناسايي اين عوامل مي‌تواند نخستين گام در فرايند توسعه‌يافتگي متوازن باشد. هدف از اين پژوهش نيز بررسي عوامل محيط دروني مؤثر بر توسعة ورزش قهرماني زنان استان گيلان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت توصيفي- پيمايشي بود. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش شامل تمامي زنان فعال در حوۀ ورزش قهرماني بود كه نمونۀ آماري به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند (351n=). پرسشنامه‌هاي محيط دروني شامل 27 گويه در 3 بعد؛ و وضعيت توسعه‌يافتگي استان در قالب 22 سؤال و 7 بعد بود كه براساس طيف پنج‌ارزشي ليكرت از 1 تا 5 به‌صورت كاملاً مخالفم تا كاملاً موافقم تنظيم شد. روايي پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته توسط 21 نفر از صاحب‌نظران مديريت ورزشي و پايايي آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ 0/83 به‌دست آمدو پايايي تركيبي آن نيز تأييد شد. تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها و بررسي برازش مدل با استفاده از مدل‌ازي معادلات ساختاري در نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS25 و PLS3 انجام گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل محيط دروني به‌ طور مستقيم اثر مثبت و معنا‌داري بر توسعة ورزش قهرماني بانوان داشت و حدود 75 درصد اين متغير را تبيين كردند. بنابراين دست‌اندركاران حوزۀ ورزش، به‌منظور رشد و توسعة ورزش قهرماني زنان بايد توجه ويژه‌اي به برگزاري منظم ليگ استاني بانوان در رشته‌هاي مختلف، وجود سياست‌گذاري و برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي در ورزش زنان، كنترل و نظارت سيستماتيك بر عملكرد هيأت‌ها و استفاده از فناوري كمك‌آموزشي براي توسعة ورزش قهرماني زنان داشته باشند.

Many environmental and cultural factors affect the growth and development of women's championship sport in Iran, which can be classified into two groups: internal and external environmental factors. The first step in a balanced development process can be to identify these factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the internal environmental factors affecting the development of women's championship sport in Guilan province. The present study was applied in terms of objectives with a descriptive-survey nature. The statistical population consisted of all women active in the field of championship sport and the statistical sample was selected through purposive and convenience sampling method (n=351). The internal environmental questionnaires included 27 items in 3 dimensions and the development situation of the province included 22 items and 7 dimensions which were designed based on the 5-point Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 (I completely disagree to I completely agree). The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed by 21 sport management experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach alpha test (0.83) and its composite reliability was also verified. Structural equation modeling in SPSS25 and PLS3 were used for data analysis and model fit examination. The results showed that internal environmental factors had a positive and significant effect on the development of women's championship sport and explained about 75% of this variable. Therefore, those authorities in the field of sport should pay special attention to the regular women's provincial league in different fields, the existence of policy making and strategic planning in women's sport, the systematic control and supervision of board performance and the use of extracurricular technology to grow and develop women's championship sport.
