Explaining Creative Tourism in the City Of Urmia with a Foresight Approach

بيان مسئله: گردشگري خلاق آخرين حلقه از زنجيرۀ گردشگري است و امروزه مي­توان شاهد فراگيرشدن تقاضا براي محصولات گردشگري خلاق بود. در اين برهه­زماني رغبت ملل مختلف به سرمايه­گذاري در اين بخش بيشتر شده است كه خود مي­تواند زمينه­ساز رقابت باشد. در اين راستا جهت بهره­گيري هرچه بيشتر از ثمرات اين صنعت، لزوم توجه به رويكرد گردشگري خلاق در شهر اروميه بيش‌ازپيش احساس مي‌شود. هدف: ازاين‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوين سناريوهاي گردشگري خلاق در شهر اروميه مي‌باشد. روش:نوع تحقيق كاربردي توسعه‌اي و روش بررسي آن با توجه به روش جديد آينده­نگاري، پيمايش نظرات كارشناسان و متخصصان در قالب پرسشنامه به‌صورت ماتريس آثار متقابل بوده كه در اين تحقيق بر اساس روش گلوله­­برفي 15 نفر انتخاب‌شده‌اند و از نرم­افزار ميك­مك و سناريو­ويزارد براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها استفاده مي­شود، براي تحليل و ارزيابي گردشگري خلاق در شهر اروميه از­40 عامل استفاده‌شده است كه با نرم­افزار ميك­ميك، رابطه بين متغيرها ارزيابي و پيشران­هاي كليدي استخراج‌شده‌اند­. سپس اين عوامل در قالب گمانه­ها مورد تائيد كارشناسان، طبقه­بندي و وارد محيط سناريو­ويزارد شده كه درنهايت سناريوهاي بر اساس گمانه­ها در محيط سناريو­ويزارد به‌صورت بحراني، ايستا و مطلوب طبقه‌بندي‌شده‌اند. يافته‌ها: با توجه به يافته‌هاي مستخرج از نرم‌افزار ميك­مك، 10 عامل كليدي تأثيرگذار شناسايي شدند و يافته­هاي مستخرج از سناريو­ويزاردنشان­داد كه 14 سناريو باوركردني و محتمل (1 سناريو با وضعيت مطلوب، 4 سناريو با وضعيت ايستا و 9 سناريو با وضعيت بحراني) براي وضعيت آينده گردشگري خلاق در شهر اروميه در افق 1404 به دست آمدند. نتيجه­ گيري: با توجه به نظرات كارشناسان شرايط نااميدكننده­اي براي توسعه گردشگري خلاق شهر اروميه وجود دارد و لزوم برنامه­ريزي جهت مقابله و كاهش تأثيرات منفي ناشي از وقوع آن­ها و همچنين ضرورت توجه به سناريو مطلوب يا همان توسعۀ گردشگري خلاق شهر اروميه را ضروري ساخته است. تازه هاي تحقيق عمدۀ موانع توسعه گردشگري خلاق شهر اروميه به دليل سرمايه‌گذاري كم دولت در اجراي برنامه‌ها و بي‌توجهي به حمايت از اشخاص و نهادهاي كوچك در جذب گردشگر مي‌باشد. گردشگري خلاق شهر اروميه زماني امكان‌پذير خواهد شد كه شناسايي برند شهري و سرمايه‌گذاري نهادهاي دولتي و خصوصي در اولويت باشند. كليدواژه‌ها

Background: Creative tourism is the last link in the tourism chain, and today we can see that demand is pervasive for creative tourism products. In this period, the desire of different nations has increased to invest in this sector what can provide competition. In this regard, to take more advantage of this industry, it is crucial to take creative tourism into account in Urmia City. Objectives: The current paper aims to provide creative tourism scenarios in Urmia. Methodology: The type of research is applied-developmental. The research method is foresight which surveys the opinions of experts and specialists through using a questionnaire based on the matrix of interaction. Fifteen individuals were selected based on snowball sampling. The MicMac and ScenarioWizard software analyzed the extracted data. Forty different factors have been used to analyze and evaluate creative tourism in Urmia, their relationships were evaluated, and critical factors were extracted. Then, experts confirmed factors in the form of hypotheses. They were classified and entered into the ScenarioWizard software. Finally, the scenarios were classified based on the hypotheses into the critically, consistently and optimally classifications. Results: According to the findings of the MicMac software, ten key influencing factors were identified. Findings of the ScenarioWizard also showed that 14 credible and probable scenarios (one scenario with a favourable situation, four scenarios with a stable situation and nine scenarios with a critical situation) were obtained for the future of creative tourism in Urmia in the 1404 Horizons. Conclusion: According to experts, there are deplorable conditions for the development of creative tourism in Urmia. Hence, planning is highly crucial to reduce the adverse effects of these conditions. There is also this need to pay attention to the desired scenario or the development of creative tourism in Urmia.
