گونه هاي جنس Bipolaris و Curvularia همراه گياهان ذرت، سورگوم و نيشكر در ايران

Bipolaris and Curvularia species associated with corn, sorghum and sugarcane in Iran and determination of their pathogenicity

به منظور مطالعه گونههاي جنس‌هاي Bipolaris و Curvularia همراه گياهان ذرت، سورگوم و نيشكر طي تابستان 1390 و 1391 نمونهبرداري از اندامهاي هوايي گياهان داراي علايم لكهبرگي در مزارع مناطق مختلف كشور (استانهاي مازندران، گلستان، گيلان، اردبيل، زنجان، البرز، فارس و خوزستان) به عمل آمد. شناسايي گونه‌هاي قارچي بر اساس خصوصيات ريخت شناختي و اطلاعات توالي حاصل از نواحي ITS از DNA ريبوزومي صورت پذيرفت. بدين ترتيب تعداد 10 گونه شامل Bipolaris cynodontis (48 جدايه)، B. sorghicola (16 جدايه)، B. maydis (17 جدايه)، B. sorokiniana (هفت جدايه)، B. bicolor (چهار جدايه)، B. oryzae (دو جدايه) Curvularia spicifera (19 جدايه)، C. papendorfii (ده جدايه)، C. ellisii (دو جدايه) و C. hawaiiensis (يك جدايه) از گياهان ذرت، سورگوم و نيشكر شناسايي شدند. آزمون بيماريزايي گونهها روي گياهچههاي ذرت، سورگوم و نيشكر در مرحله چهار الي شش‌برگي صورت پذيرفت. در نهايت بيماريزايي گونههاي B. sorokiniana و B. oryzae روي ذرت و گونه B. sorghicola روي سورگوم اثبات شد. گونههاي B. sorokiniana و B. oryzae براي اولين بار به عنوان بيمارگر روي ذرت در ايران گزارش مي‌شوند. كليدواژه‌ها

In order to study the Bipolaris and Curvularia species associated with corn, sorghum and sugarcane, sampeling were performed from different regions of Iran (including Alborz, Ardabil, Fars, Gilan, Golestan, Khuzestan, Mazandaran and Zanjan provinces) during the summer of 2011 and 2012. Fungal species were identified based on morphological features and molecular data of ITS regions of ribosomal DNA. Eleven species including Viz. Bipolaris cynodontis (48 isolates), B. sorghicola (16 isolates), B. maydis (17 isolates), B. sorokiniana (seven isolates), B. bicolor (four isolates) and B. oryzae (two isolates), Curvularia spicifera (19 isolates), C. papendorfii (ten isolates), C. ellisii (two isolates), and C. hawaiiensis (one isolate) were identified. Pathogenicity test of the species were performed on four to six leaf stage of corn, sorghum and sugarcane seedlings. Finally, pathogenicity of B. maydis, B. sorokiniana and B. oryzae on corn and B. sorghicola on sorghum seedlings were confirmed. This is the first report of occurrence and pathogenicity of B. sorokiniana and B. oryzae on corn leaves in Iran.
