Victimology Approach to Anonymity in Virtual Life

هرچند تصور زيست مجازي بدون زيست حقيقي امري غيرممكن مي­باشد، لكن وجود موازي و هم‌زمان اين دو ،موجبي براي بروز پديده‌اي به نام حضور از زيست حقيقي به زيست مجازي شده است. پديده‌اي كه بنا به شرايط خاص و تفاوت‌هاي ماهوي اين دو زيست، قابل‌تحليل در جرمشناسي بزه ديده شناختي است. مهم‌ترين عنصر در تحليل مقاله حاضر تفاوت‌هاي ماهوي اين دو نوع از زيست، از نظر ناشناختگي افراد و به تبع آن رنگ باختگي مفهوم اعتماد در زيست مجازي است كه به دليل عدم توجه از سوي شهروندان در زمان حضور در زيست مجازي موجبات زمينه‌سازي جرائم را به دنبال دارد. با در نظر گرفتن اين مهم در شرايط امروزي زيست حقيقي و بنا بر آثار و تبعات گسترده‌اي كه در اين نوع از حضور در زيست مجازي به وجود مي‌آيد، بايستي قائل به بازتعريف وظايف و مسئوليت‌هاي جديد براي شهروندان و حكمرانان در تأمين امنيت شهروندان گرديد. وظايفي كه در شرايط كنوني گاه به‌صورت غيررسمي از سوي حكمرانان مدنظر قرار مي‌گيرد. لكن اهميت تأمين امنيت شهروندان و وظيفه حكمرانان در پيشگيري از جرم، كاهش و جبران خسارت احتمالي به شهروندان مهم‌ترين دلايل براي رسميت بخشيدن و هنجارمند نمودن چنين موضوعي مي باشد.

Though thinking of virtual life without real life appears impossible, the parallel and contemporaneous existence of virtual life along with real life has created a phenamenon called departing from the real life to the virtual one. A phenomenon that can be analyzed in the era of victimology by taking into account specific conditions and substantive differences between these two types of lives. The essential element in analyzing the present study is the substantntive differences between these lives regarding annonymity of the people and subsequently lack of trust in virtual life that has caused different crimes since people don't care about much when active in virtual life. Hence, considering real life contemporary conditions and widespread consequences of presence in virtual life, new duties and responsibilities should be redifined for people on the one hand and goverment on the other hand so as to ensure safety. Of course, some goverment officials consider such duties informally. However, the importance of ensuring safety and government duty to prevent crimes, reducing and compensating possible restitution threatening people's life are among the most important reasons to recognize and normalize such a topic.
