پژوهشگران تمايل دارند براي ارتقا خود و سازمان، نتايج فعاليت‌هاي پژوهشي را در كوتا‌ه‌ترين زمان و از طريق رسانه‌‌هايي مانند نشريات علمي، در اختيار سايرين قرار دهند. در عصر كنوني تعداد نشريات و مقالات علمي هر ساله در حال افزايش است و تصميم براي انتشار يافته‌هاي پژوهشي در نشريه‌اي معتبر و مرتبط از چالش‌هاي پژوهشگران، بويژه نويسندگان كم‌تجربه مي‌باشد. اين تاخير در انتشار منجر به از دست دادن تازگي، اهميت و تأثيرگذاري يافته‌هاي تحقيقاتي خواهد شد. از اينرو وجود ابزارهاي كمكي در تسهيل انتخاب بهينه نشريه جهت چاپ مقاله ضروري به‌نظر مي‌رسد. سامانه‌هاي پيشنهاددهنده در اين حوزه، در صورتيكه بخوبي عمل كنند، مي‌توانند هم براي پژوهشگران و هم براي دبيران نشريات مفيد واقع شوند. از سويي انگيزه پژوهشگران در انتخاب نشريه مناسب، جهت چاپ و انتشار يافته‌هاي پژوهشي، پيچيده است و به عوامل مختلفي ارتباط دارد. براي اين تصميم، به اطلاعات متعدد از منابع گوناگون، درباره ويژگي‌هاي نشريات نياز است، كه دستيابي به آنها ممكن است با دشواري‌هايي همراه باشد. اين مهم در برخي سامانه‌هاي پيشنهاددهنده نشريه تا حدودي مرتفع گرديده است؛ اما در نهايت، اين تصميم بر عهده مؤلف است، تا آگاهانه و بر اساس وزن‌دهي به هر يك از ويژگي‌ها‌، نشريه مناسب را انتخاب نمايد. در اين مطالعه با رويكردي مروري به معرفي سامانه‌هاي بين‌المللي پيشنهاددهنده نشريه براي چاپ مقاله پرداخته شده است.

Researchers tend to provide the results of their research activities at the shortest possible time through the media, such as scientific journals, to promote themselves and the organization. In present age, The number of scientific journals and articles is increasing every year and the decision to publish research findings in a prestigious and relevant journal is one of the challenges for young and inexperienced researchers. This delay in publication will lead to a loss of novelty, importance and effectiveness of research findings. Recommender systems in this field can be useful to both researchers and editors of journals to save time and money. On the other hand, the motivation of researchers in selecting the appropriate journal for publishing and publishing research findings is complex and related to various factors. This decision requires a wealth of information from a variety of sources on the characteristics of the publications, which may be difficult to obtain. This issue has been somewhat resolved in some of the journal recommender systems. In the end, it is up to the author to make the right choice, consciously, and weighing each of the features. In This study introduces the international journals recommender system with a review approach.
