چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبيين خلق محتواي الكترونيكي توسط معلمان در شبكه هاي اجتماعي بود. اين پژوهش از نوع پژوهش هاي كيفي بود كه در آن از روش پديدارشناسي استفاده شده است. در اين پژوهش ابتدا با 30 نفر از معلمان فعال در شبكه هاي اجتماعي مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته صورت گرفت كه همگي به طور مشترك مديريت كانال ها و ابر گروه هاي مختلف در شبكه هاي اجتماعي را بر عهده داشتند و با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند ملاك محور انتخاب شدند. سپس با تشكيل دو جلسه گروه كانوني، معلماني كه گروه هاي فعال در زمينه خلق محتوا داشتند، پس از بحث و بررسي به تعداد 10 نفر انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه با اين افراد شروع شد. تحليل داده ها با استفاده از شيوه تحليل مضمون و در قالب مضامين فراگير، سازمان دهنده و مضامين پايه نمايش داده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه معلمان در شبكه هاي اجتماعي مجازي چهار نوع محتوا خلق مي كنند: محتواهاي مكتوب، بصري، تعاملي و ديجيتالي. همچنين انگيزه معلمان براي خلق محتوا در شبكه هاي مجازي شامل مواردي همچون مهارت آموزي، برقراري ارتباط و رفع نياز كاربران، و خودابرازي هدف دار است. از طرفي ديگر نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه براي خلق محتواي الكترونيكي در شبكه هاي اجتماعي مجازي، معلمان به مهارت هاي فكري، هنري، و رايانه اي نياز دارند.

The purpose of this study was to explain the creation of electronic content by teachers in social networks. Phenomenological method used in this qualitative research. In this study, conducted a semi-structured interview with 30 teachers active in social networks who all jointly managed different channels and super groups in social networks using the method of Purpose-based sampling was selected. Then, with two focus group sessions, teachers with active content creation groups selected, after 10 discussions, and interviews started. Data analysis presented using content analysis method in the form of universal themes, organizers and basic themes. Research findings show that teachers create four types of content in virtual social networks: written, visual, interactive, and digital content. Teachers' motivation for creating content in virtual networks also includes skills such as training, communicating and meeting user needs, and targeted self-improvement. On the other hand, the results showed that teachers needed intellectual, artistic, and computer skills to create electronic content in virtual social networks.
