Identifying the Dimensions and Components of the Comprehensive System of Education and Training of Student Teachers of Farhangian University with Emphasis on its Establishment and the Document of Fundamental Change in Education

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي نظام جامع تعليم وتربيت دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان با تاكيد برقرآن كريم وسند تحول بنيادين آموزش وپرورش انجام شده است. مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش برحسب هدف، كاربردي برحسب نوع داده، كيفي بود. نمونه آماري پژوهش، شامل مديران اموزش و پرورش و معاونين دانشگاه فرهنگيان، اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان به تعداد 20 نفر بودند كه بر اساس نمونه‌گيري هدفمند، انتخاب شدند. روايي و پايايي ابزار، با استفاده از معيارهاي كيفيت (موثق بودن) سنجيده شد و مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. كه همگي مورد تاييد قرار گرفتند. روش تجزيه و تحليل داده در پژوهش حاضر ، كدگذاري نظري بود. يافته ها: نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان دادند كه ابعاد آموزشي شامل مديريت دانشگاه، اساتيد دانشگاه، ارزشيابي تعليم و تربيت، امكانات تعليم و تربيت و عوامل سازماني شامل، ساختار سازماني دانشگاه و فرهنگ سازماني از ابعاد و مولفه هاي نظام جامع تعليم وتربيت دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان با تاكيد برقرآن كريم وسند تحول بنيادين آموزش وپرورش مي باشند. نتيجه گيري: بر اساس يافته هاي پژوهش مي توان دريافت كه توجه به مسايل آموزشي مانند آموزش اساتيد، مديريت و .. در كنار عوامل ساختاري مي توانند به ارتقاي تعليم و تربيت بر مبناي اصول قرآني و اسناد بالادستي در دانشگاه فرهنگيان بينجامد.

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components of the comprehensive system of education and training of teacher-students of Farhangian University with emphasis on its establishment and the document of fundamental change in education. Materials and Methods: The research method was qualitative in terms of purpose and applied in terms of data type. The statistical sample of the study included 20 principals and deputies, professors and student teachers of Farhangian University who were selected based on purposive sampling. The validity and reliability of the instrument were measured and approved using quality criteria (reliability). Which were all approved. The method of data analysis in the present study was theoretical coding. Findings: The results showed that educational dimensions including university management, university professors, education evaluation, education facilities and organizational factors, including the university organizational structure and organizational culture of the dimensions and components of the comprehensive system of student education teachers Farhangian University emphasizes the establishment of Karim and the document of fundamental change in education. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be found that paying attention to educational issues such as teacher training, management, etc. along with structural factors can lead to the promotion of education based on Quranic principles and upstream documents in Farhangian University.
