: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي مديريت بر مبناي ارزش به منظور ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي انجام شده است. مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش برحسب هدف، كاربردي برحسب نوع داده، كيفي(داده بنياد) بود. نمونه آماري پژوهش، شامل خبرگان جامعۀ علمي دانشگاهي و متخصصان آموزش و پرورش به تعداد 20 نفر بودند كه بر اساس نمونه¬گيري هدفمند، انتخاب شدند. از ابزار مصاحبه براي جمع آوري داده ها استفاده شده است. روايي و پايايي ابزار، با استفاده از معيارهاي كيفيت (موثق بودن) سنجيده شد كه مورد تاييد قرار گرفتند. روش تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها در پژوهش حاضر، كدگذاري نظري بود. يافته‌ها: نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان دادند كه مولفه¬هاي ارزشهاي فردي، اجتماعي و راهبردي جزء مولفه¬هاي تشكيل دهنده مديريت بر مبناي ارزش‌ها به منظور ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي در مدارس تهران هستند. همچنين معين شد كه مولفه‌هاي فرهنگ،پويايي محيط، معلم، برنامه درسي و شيوه مديريتي از جمله مولفه‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر مديريت بر مبناي ارزش‌ها در راستاي ارتقاي كيفيت در مدارس تهران هستند و عوامل اثرپذير از اجراي اين نوع مديريت، ارتقاي كيفيت، بالندگي و يادگيري مستمر مي‌باشد. نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس مستندات تئوريكي و پژوهشي كه در حوزه اين پژوهش صورت گرفت، غالب مطالعات به كيفيت آموزش در آموزش و پرورش پرداخته اند و مديريت بر مبناي ارزش بيشتر در زمينه مطالعات تجاري و بازرگاني و در ارتباط با شرايط اقتصادي و كسب سود بيشتر انجام پذيرفته است. ضمن اينكه در اين پژوهش الاش شده است با مرور مباني نظري و مصاحبه با خبرگان، مدلي جامع ارائه گردد و سازو كارها، تسهيلگرها و پيامدهاي مدل را نيز شناسايي شوند.

Purpose: The present study aimed to identify value-based management in order to improve the quality of education. Materials and Methods: The research method was applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of data type (qualitative data). The statistical sample of the study included experts from the academic community and education specialists of 20 people who were selected based on purposive sampling. Interview tools were used to collect data. The validity and reliability of the instrument were measured using quality criteria (reliability) which were approved. The method of data analysis in the present study was theoretical coding. Findings: The results of the study showed that the components of individual, social and strategic values ​​are among the components of value-based management in order to improve the quality of education in Tehran schools. It was also determined that the components of culture, environmental dynamics, teacher, curriculum and management style are among the effective components on value-based management in order to improve quality in Tehran schools and the effective factors of this type of management are quality improvement, growth and continuous learning. is. Conclusion: Based on the theoretical documents and research conducted in the field of this research, most studies have focused on the quality of education in education and management based on more value in the field of business studies and in relation to economic conditions and more profits. Has accepted. In addition to reviewing the theoretical foundations and interviewing experts, a comprehensive model is provided in this study and the mechanisms, facilitators and consequences of the model are identified.
