در دهه هاي اخير چالش هايي نظير بيماري ها، مهاجرت، حقوق بشر، مسايل زيست محيطي، ارزهاي ديجيتال، تروريسم، قاچاق مواد مخدر، فضاي مجازي و... موجب تحول در سياست بينالملل به عرصه سياست جهاني گرديد. اين مسايل از مهمترين قلمروهاي مطالعاتي رشته روابط بين الملل است. فهم اين تحول و توسعه در گرو صورت بنديهاي اين چالش هاست. سوال اصلي اين پژوهش ايناست: چالش ها و مسايل سياست جهاني را چگونه مي توان صورت بندي نمود؟ به نظر ميرسد ارايه صورت بندي جديد از چالش ها و مسايل سياست جهاني بر اساس سه مولفه «انسان»، «زيست جهان» و «رابطه انسان و زيست جهان» رهنمون به چشمانداز جديدي است كه در آن تكثر و تعدد بازيگران و تاثيرگذاري و نقش هر يك از آنها در سطح تحليل «سياست جهاني» تبيين ميشود. در پژوهش حاضر تلاش مي شود با روش توصيفي و تحليلي و ابزار گردآوري مطالب از نوع روش كتابخانه اي به ارايه صورتبندي جديد و خاص نسبت به صورتبندي هاي موجود، فهم و تحليلي متفاوت از سياست جهاني ارايه شود

In recent decades, challenges such as disease, immigration, human rights, environmental issues, digital currencies, terrorism, drug trafficking, cyberspace, etc. have led to the transition of International policy challenges to world politics. These issues are one of the most important fields of study in the field of international relations. Understanding this transition depends on formulating these challenges. The main question of this research is: How can the challenges and issues of global politics be formulated? It seems that the presentation of a new formulation of challenges and issues of global politics based on the three components of "hum@n", "biosphere" and "human-biosphere relationship" leads to a new perspective in which the multiplicity of actors an‎d the impact and role of each of them is explained at the level of "global politics" analysis. In the present study, an attempt is made to provide a new and specific format and understanding of world politics with a descriptive and analytical method and collection tools such as library method in order to provide a new and specific formulation compared to the existing formulations.
