پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي سبك سياسي امام خميني(ره) و آيت الله خامنه‌اي درخصوص سه مولفه از«حقوق سياسي شهروندي» شامل «آزادي بيان و عقيده،مشاركت درتعيين سرنوشت و تحزّب و تشكّل» به روش «هرمنوتيك متن محور»مورد ارزيابي قرارگرفت. نتايج بررسي نشان داد، نگاه و عمل امام خميني(ره) به آزادي، نگاه و رويكردي ارزشي است و ايشان آزادي فكر و انديشه را مهمترين آزادي دانسته-اند.آيت‌ا... خامنه‌اي نيز تمدن‌سازي بدون آزادي فكر و آزادي بيان را امري غيرممكن تلقي كرده است. امام و آيت الله خامنه‌اي درخصوص حق مشاركت مردم نيز همواره برمشاركت حداكثري تاكيد كرده‌اند. ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري درمورد تحزب و نيز مبنا قراردادن عملكرد و اهداف احزاب در تأييد و رد آنان، دقيقاً منطبق بر انديشه‌ و سبك سياسي حضرت امام(ره) در مورد تحزب درجامعه است. از منظر بنيانگذارجمهوري اسلامي ايران اصل‌تحزب يك امر پذيرفته‌شده است، اما مسئله مهم درسبك سياسي حضرت امام (ره)، ايدئولوژي، ويژگي‌ها و عملكرد احزاب است.

The aim of this study was to investigate the political style of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei regarding three components of "political citizenship rights" including "freedom of expression and belief, participation in determining destiny and party and organization" by "text-based hermeneutics" method. Was evaluated. The results of the study showed that Imam Khomeini's view and practice of freedom is a valuable view and approach, and he considered freedom of thought and thought to be the most important freedom. Ayatollah Khamenei also made civilization impossible without freedom of thought and expression. Considered. Imam and Ayatollah Khamenei have always emphasized maximum participation regarding the right of the people to participate. The Supreme Leader's view on partisanship, as well as basing the actions and goals of the parties in approving and rejecting them, is exactly in line with Imam Khomeini's political thought and style about partisanship in society. From the perspective of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the principle of partisanship is accepted, but the important issue in the political style of Imam Khomeini (as) is the ideology, characteristics and performance of the parties.
