اين مقاله با عنوان سنجش مطلوبيت سياستگذاري در مديريت شهري (مطالعه موردي عملكرد شورا و شهرداري شهرگرگان) (1396-1396) از نظرمتخصصان علوم اجتماعي، بهداشت شهري و فضاي سبز در زمينه خدمات اجتماعي، بهداشت شهري و فضاي سبز موردبررسي قرار گرفت تا سطح رضايتمندي متخصصان رشته هاي مذكور از سياستگذاري و عملكرد شوراي شهر و شهرداري سنجيده شود. نتايج و يافته ها حاكي از اين است كه ميزان رضايتمندي متخصصان در ارتباط با خط مشي اتخاذ شده و اجرايي شهرداري و شوراي شهر در حوزه اجتماعي ، فرهنگي و ورزشي و هنري بر حسب مقدار آماري آزمون، همبستگي بين رضايتمندي و عملكرد تأييد ميشود، اما همبستگي در حد متوسط است و همچنين در ارتباط با ميزان رضايتمندي متخصصان از بهداشت شهري در ارتباط با خط مشي اتخاذ شده توسط شهرداري و شوراي شهر در زمينه بهداشت مطلوب و عملكرد بهينه؛سنجش رابطه آماري بين متغيرها، وجود همبستگي بين اين دو متغير رد ميشود ؛ اما رضايتمندي از عملكرد كاركنان بخش خدمات عمومي در حد زياد است. در ارتباط با ميزان رضايتمندي متخصصان فضاي سبز در ارتباط با خط مشي اتخاذ شده توسط شوراي شهر و شهرداري نيز ، ضريب همبستگي منفي ميباشد.

This article (Assessing the desirability of urban management policy (case study ، performance of gorgan city Council and Municipality (1392-1396 ) according to exports of social scientists ، urban health and green space ) was evaluated by the experts of social sciences, urban health and green space in the field of social services, urban health and green space to assess the performance of the Islamic

Council and Gorgan Municipality during the fourth period (2013-2017)to the level of satisfaction of experts. The mentioned fields should be measured from the policy and performance of the city council and municipality. The results and findings indicate that the level of satisfaction of experts in relation to the policies adopted and implemented by the municipality and the Islamic Council of the city in the social, cultural, sports and artistic fields in terms of statistical value of the test, n between satisfaction and performance is confirmed. It is moderate and also in relation to the level of satisfaction of urban health professionals in relation to the policies adopted by the municipality and the city council in the field of optimal health and optimal performance; Assessing the statistical relationship between variables, the existence of a correlation between these two variables is rejected; But the satisfaction of the performance of public service employees is high. Regarding the level of satisfaction of green space experts in relation to the policies adopted by the city council and the municipality, the correlation coefficient is negative .
