Distributive justice and its Impact on Social Ethics in John Rawls Thought

چكيده زمينه و هدف: اصول اخلاقي داراي پيوستگي خاصي با مسأله عدالت هستند، چه اين‌كه عدالت نيز خود يكي از مهم‌ترين اصول اخلاقي و حتي اصل بنيادين زندگي اجتماعي انسان‌هاست و ناديده‌گرفتن آن منشأ بسياري از نزاع‌ها و بي‌اخلاقي‌هاي فردي و عمومي است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي جايگاه عدالت در تحقق اصول اخلاقي در انديشه جان رالز ، فيلسوف سياسي و اخلاقي معاصر است. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي ـ تحليلي است كه با بهره‌گيري از آثار اصلي جان رالز در زمينه اصل اخلاقي عدالت و ساير اصول اخلاقي به رشته تحرير درآمده است. در كنار اين منابع از ديگر متون و مقالات علمي، كتب و منابع فارسي و لاتين نيز استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها: اصل عدالت به عنوان زيربناي نظم اخلاقي، زمينه‌ساز برقراري اخلاق اجتماعي و بهبود زندگي بشر معاصر است كه درصدد برطرف‌ساختن آلام بشري است. از اين رو اهتمام به عدالت مي‌بايست به گونه‌اي باشد كه هم نابرابري‌هاي اقتصادي را برطرف سازد و هم اين‌كه در عرصه اجتماعي، محرومان و مستضعفان جامعه را به طور ويژه مد نظر قرار دهد تا اخلاق در معناي عمومي آن جلوه‌گر شود. ملاحظات اخلاقي: مقاله بر اساس بررسي نظريه جان رالز و با رعايت اصول ارجاع‌دهي و امانتداري نگاشته شده است و نوشته‌اي مستقل و آزاد محسوب مي‌شود. نتيجه‌گيري: اصول اخلاقي از نظر رالز، تنها وابسته به تصميمات و سياستگذاري دولت نيست، بلكه مردم زمينه‌ساز جامعه اخلاقي هستند كه از وجدان عمومي و همكاري اجتماعي آنان بر مي‌خيزد. به همين دليل، جامعه اخلاقي بر پايه مشاركت واقعي مردم در عرصه‌هاي مختلف شكل مي‌گيرد كه به وضوح فراتر از مرزهاي ترسيم‌شده توسط دولت‌هاست. «جامعه مردمان» مد نظر رالز، بر پايه بهره‌مندي محرومان جامعه از شرايط اقتصادي است كه با نوعي مشاركت مستقيم دولت و استمداد از محرومان دنبال مي‌شود تا با بسط عدالت، اخلاق اجتماعي را پايه‌ريزي كند. كلمات كليدي:

The aim of the present Study is to investigate the place of justice in the realization of moral principles in the of John Rawls, A contempororary political and moral philosopher. Materials and Methods: The method present Study is descriptive-analyitical Which has been Written by using the main works of john Rawls in the field of moral principle of justice anf other moral principles. In addition to these Sources, other Scientific texts and articles, Persian and Latin books and Sources have also been used. Findings: The principles of justice, as the foundation of moral order, lays the groundwork for the establishment of Social morality and the improvement of contemporary human life, which seeks to alleviate human suufering. Ethical Considerations: The article is Written in accordance with the principles of referral and fiduciary and is Considered as independent and free Writing. Conclusion: According to Rawls, moral principles are not only dependent on govermemt decisions and policies, but people anr the foundation of a moral Society that arises from their public conscience and Social cooperation. For rhis reasen, a moral Society is formed on the basis of the real participation of the people in varios Spheres, Which is Clearly beyond the boundaries drawn by goverments. Rawls “Society of The People” is based on the benefit of the deprived of Society from Economic Conditions, Which is followed by a kind of government patrticipation and helping the depreved to establish Social morality by expanding justic.
