بررسي رابطه بين مديريت دانش و پدافند غيرعامل با توجه به نقش ميانجي يكپارچگي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي (مطالعه موردي: فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران)

Investigating the relationship between knowledge management and passive defense with respect to the mediating role of information systems integration (Case study: Disciplinary Command of Mazandaran Province

پژوهش حاضر به بررسي رابطه بين مديريت دانش و پدافند غيرعامل با توجه به نقش ميانجي يكپارچگي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي مي پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نوع هدف، كاربردي و از نظر نوع روش، توصيفي- پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق كليه كاركنان ستاد فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران به تعداد 480 نفر مي باشد. حجم نمونه مطابق جدول كرجسي و مورگان 214 نفر تعيين و براي نمونه گيري از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده استفاده شد. جهت گرد آوري داده ها، از پرسشنامه هاي مديريت دانش پاتريك و سونيا(2009)، پدافند غيرعامل محقق ساخته، يكپارچگي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي فانگ و همكاران(2006) استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با روش معادلات ساختاري با نرم افزار ليزرل انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين مديريت دانش و يكپارچگي سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. بين يكپارچگي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي و پدافند غيرعامل رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. بين مديريت دانش و پدافند غير عامل رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. بين مديريت دانش و پدافند غيرعامل با توجه به نقش ميانجي يكپارچگي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي رابطه معني داري وجود دارد.

The present study investigates the relationship between knowledge management and passive defense with respect to the mediating role of information systems integration. The present study was applied in terms of purpose type and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the study is all employees of the police headquarters of Mazandaran province, 480 people. The sample size was 214 according to Krejcie and Morgan table and simple random sampling method was used for sampling. To collect data, Patrick and Sonia (2009) Knowledge Management Questionnaire, researcher-made passive defense questionnaire, Fang et al. (2006) information systems integration questionnaire were used. Data analysis was performed by structural equation method with LISREL software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and the integration of information systems. There is a significant relationship between the integrity of information systems and passive defense. There is a significant relationship between knowledge management and passive defense. There is a significant relationship between knowledge management and passive defense due to the mediating role of information systems integration.
