چكيده فارسي :
در عصر حاضر وضعيت رقابتي شديد در دنياي كسب وكار، شركت ها را مجاب ساخته است كه از تمامي ابزارهاي موجود براي بهبود عملكرد خود استفاده كنند؛ زيرا عملكرد يكي از مهم ترين معيارهاي سنجش موفقيت شركت هاست. نوسان هاي بازار، عدم اطمينان محيطي، نياز به استفاده بهينه از منابع و رسيدن به مزيت رقابتي، شركت ها را به سمت استفاده از سيستم هاي توليد ناب و چابك برده است تا عملكرد خود را بهبود بخشند. هدف اين مقاله بررسي تاثير فعاليت هاي ناب چابك بر عملكرد شركت در شرايط مختلف است. لذا پس از بررسي مباني نظري، فعاليت هاي ناب چابك و ابعاد عملكردي آن شناسايي شده و تعامل پذيري شاخص ها با هم و ميزان اثرگذاري فعاليت هاي ناب چابك بر عملكرد بررسي گرديد. گردآوري داده هاي مربوط به تعامل پذيري فعاليت هاي ناب-چابك با استفاده از پرسشنامه مقايسه زوجي و از طريق برگزاري پنل تخصصي خبرگان صورت پذيرفت و داده ها به وسيله نرم افزار MICMAC تحليل شد و تاثيرگذاري فعاليت هاي ناب چابك بر عملكرد و پايداري شركت به صورت سناريوسازي و با روش شبكه باور بيزين و نرم افزار NETICA صورت پذيرفت. يافته هاي پژوهش بيانگر اين است كه درسناريوهاي خوش بينانه، واقع بينانه و بدبينانه، پياده سازي و استفاده از فعاليت هاي ناب چابك بر عملكرد مالي، غيرمالي و پايداري شركت تاثير مثبت مي گذارد. همچنين با توجه به نظر خبرگان، شش سيگما، فناوري اطلاعات، كايزن و سياست هاي حقوق و پاداش بيشترين تاثيرگذاري را در پياده سازي توليد ناب-چابك در شركت دارد.

In the intense competitive environment of businesses, it is essential for companies to use all available tools in order to improve their performance. The existence of competition, market fluctuations, environmental uncertainty, the need for optimal use of resources and reaching competitive advantage has led companies to use lean and agile production systems to improve their performance. Leagile activities are among the newest management tools that help companies simultaneously enjoy the benefits of lean and agile principles. Therefore, the main question of this research is that, in different situations, how leagile activities will affect the performance of companies? In this research, leagile activities and performance dimensions are identified. After studying theoretical foundations and research background, the interactive relations of indicators and the extent to which leagile activities affect performance were identified. The Pegah Milk Industries Factory in Khuzestan was investigated and analyzed as a studied case. Data gathering on the interaction of leagile activities was done using a pair comparison questionnaire through a panel of experts. Data were analyzed by MICMAC program. Furthermore, the effect of leagile activities on the performance and stability of the company was carried out in the form of scenarios and with the method of BBN systems and NETICA program. Findings of the research show that in normal, optimistic, pessimistic and realistic situations, purely agility have a positive impact on financial performance, non-financial performance, and inflexibility. According to experts, Six Sigma, Information Technology, Kaizen, and salary and reward politics have the most impact on the implementation of leagile production.
