ﻣﮑﻤﻞﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﻟﺘﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻢ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ اﺛﺮات ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺿﺪ ﻣﻐﺬي را ﻣﻬﺎر و ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﺷﺪ آﺑﺰﯾﺎن ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﭼﻨﺪآﻧﺰﯾﻤﯽ ﮐﻤﯿﻦ در ﺧﻮراك ﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﻗﺮﻣﺰ )Carassius auratus( و ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺛﺮات آن ﺑﺮ ﻓﺮاﺳﻨﺠﻪﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺑﺪن و ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺧﻮن اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﯾﮏ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر و ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﮐﻤﯿﻦ در 5ﺳﻄﺢ ﺻﻔﺮ، 250، 500، 750و 1000ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم در ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺑﻪ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن اﺿﺎﻓﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮهﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ وزن ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ )FW(، درﺻﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن )WGP(، ﻧﺮخ رﺷﺪ وﯾﮋه )SGR(، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ) FCR(، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ )CF( و ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ) PER( ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در ﭘﺎﯾﺎن دوره، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺑﺪن و ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﻮﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺧﻮن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮔﻠﻮﮐﺰ، ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﻞ، آﻟﺒﻮﻣﯿﻦ، ﺗﺮي ﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ و ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول ﺳﻨﺠﺶ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در CFﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺎ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻨﺪ )0/05

چكيده لاتين :
Exogenous multi-enzyme supplementations can eliminate the effects of antinutritional factors and improve the growth performance of aquatic animals. The purpose of this study was to investigate utilizing Kemin multi-enzyme supplementation in the diet and its effects on growth factors, body composition, and some blood biochemical parameters in Carassius auratus. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The Kemin at the levels of 0 (C), 250 (T250), 500 (T500), 750 (T750) and 1000 mg/kg (T1000), was added to the diet and fed to the fish for 8 weeks and weight growth percent (WGP), specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), condition factor (CF), protein efficiency ratio (PER) were measured. Body composition and blood biochemical factors (glucose, total protein, albumin, cholesterol, and triglyceride) were measured and evaluated. CF in various treatments were not significantly different from each other (p>0.05). However, in case of WGP, SGR, FCR and PER, T500, T750, and T1000 were significantly different from the control group (p<0.05). Body composition and blood biochemical parameters were not significantly different between treatments (p>0.05). Based on the results of this study, it seems that dietary Kemin multi-enzyme supplementation can improve the growth and FCR in Carassius auratus.
