علي‌رغم توسعه مباني نظري مرتبط با كار و زندگي و استفاده فراگير آن در قلمروي منابع انساني سازمان‌ها، اين مفهوم در برخي كشورهاي درحال‌توسعه هنوز در مرحله ابتدايي به سر مي‌برد. اين مقاله با استفاده از روش تحليل نظام‌مند با شناسايي دقيق، منظم و برنامه‌ريزي‌شده مطالعات مرتبط با حوزه كار و زندگي/ خانواده بين سال‌هاي 1964 تا 2017، در پي بررسي گستره موضوعي، روش‌شناسي و روش تحليل مورد استفاده پژوهشگران بوده است تا ضمن نقد و بررسي مضامين اين حوزه، امكان رصد، ارزيابي و تلفيق متون موجود را بدهد. به لحاظ گستره، دو مفهوم «كار و زندگي» و «كار و خانواده» مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. اين دو عبارت ممكن است اغلب به‌جاي يكديگر و در يك مفهوم استفاده شوند؛ ليكن بررسي‌ها نشان مي‌دهد، عبارت «كار- زندگي» از جامعيت بيشتري برخوردار است. پژوهش‌ها از منظر روش‌شناسي به انواع پژوهش‌هاي كمي، كيفي و آميخته تقسيم شد كه در اين تقسيم‌بندي پژوهش‌هاي كمي از اقبال بيشتري برخوردار بودند. همچنين ديدگاه غالب در گذشته ديدگاه تعارض بوده، اما در ادامه و با غالب شدن رويكرد مثبت‌گرا، مفاهيم مرتبط با توازن مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است.

This article is based on a review of articles and books published in the field of work and life or work and family from 1971 to 2017, from a broad thematic perspective, research methods and approaches used by researchers. The purpose of editing this article is to explore the paradigm from a perspective of critique of different types in this regard and to help develop the field of theory so that future researchers can see from a perspective that, if necessary, other content related to the collection.
