مطالعه جامعه شناختي عوامل موثر بر مشاركت خيرين در مراكز درماني خيريه

Sociological Study of the Factors Affecting the Participation of Donors in Charitable Medical Centers

نظام و حيات اجتماعي در جامعه بشري به تعاون و مشاركت اعضاي آن بستگي دارد و در اين راستا، نظام سلامت نيز، نيازمند استفاده از ظرفيت‌هاي بالقوه مردمي در قالب مشاركت خيرين نظام سلامت مي باشد. در اين تحقيق كاربردي و كيفي، با هدف مطالعه جامعه‌شناختي عوامل مؤثر بر مشاركت خيرين در مراكز درماني خيريه، مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با 15 نفر از خيرين انجام شده است. در فرآيند كدگذاري و پس از تبديل فايل صوتي مصاحبه‌ها به فايل متني، واحدهاي معنايي شناسايي و كدهاي اوليه به آن‌ها تخصيص داده شده و سپس به صورت دستي و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Maxqda به روش تحليل محتوا، تحليل گرديده اند. يافته‌هاي تحقيق، ضمن شناسايي 296 واحد معنايي، 27 تم فرعي و 3 تم اصلي، مؤيد آن است كه ابعادي از سرمايه اجتماعي انگيزه بخش، تسهيل كننده و ترغيب كننده خيرين در انجام كنش مشاركتي در امور خير بوده است. از جمله اعضاي شبكه اجتماعي خيرين، تبليغات و اطلاع رساني، وجود سنت عمل خير در خانواده و دوستان خيرين، حمايت‌هاي اجتماعي، عاطفي، اطلاعاتي و حمايت‌هاي ابزاري كه مشاركت خيرين را تسهيل و نيز آن‌ها را براي ورود به امر خير در نقاطي كه مورد نياز بود، ترغيب مي‌كرد.

The system and social life in human society depend on the cooperation and participation of its members, and in this regard, the health system also needs to use the potential of the people in the form of the participation of health donors. In this applied and qualitative research, with the aim of studying the sociological factors affecting the participation of donors in charitable medical centers, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 donors. In the coding process and after converting the audio files of the interviews to text files, semantic units are identified and the initial codes are assigned to them and then manually analyzed using Maxqda software using content analysis method. The research findings, while identifying 296 semantic units, 27 sub-themes and 3 main themes, confirm that dimensions of social capital have been motivating, facilitating and encouraging donors to participate in charitable activities. Among the members of the charity social network, advertising and information, the existence of the tradition of charity in the family and friends of the benefactors, social, emotional, information and instrumental support that facilitate the participation of benefactors and also to enter the charity in places where It was needed, it encouraged.
