The rules of Orthography in Rhetoric

در هر زباني مجموعه اي از اصول و قواعد براي درست نويسي وجود دارد كه در سطوح مختلف براي واژه گزيني، واژه سازي و جمله بندي ها تنظيم شده است. اين قواعد باتوجه به ماهيت زبان هاي مختلف شناور است و كاملا متناسب با ويژگي هاي هر زباني تدوين مي شود. در مواجهه با اين قواعد سوالي كه به ذهن متبادر مي شود، تامل در پيشينه و سابقه اين قواعد در دانش هاي ادبي گذشته است. با تامل در اين دانش ها مشخص مي شود اصولي كه براي فصيح و بليغ بودن كلام در بلاغت سنتي مطرح مي شود، ازنظر ماهيت بيشترين سنخيت و تناسب را با اصول و قواعد نگارشي دارد. در پژوهش حاضر با پرداختن به اين مسيله، مشخص شد اين مباحث ذيل تعريف فصاحت و بلاغت و به صورت خاص در مبحث عيوب فصاحت و بعضي از مباحث علم معاني قابل بحث است و حتي با عنايت به اصول بلاغي مي توان الگو و مبناي دقيق تري براي قواعد نگارش طراحي كرد.

In every language, there is a set of principles and rules concerning orthography, which are regulated on different levels for word selection, word formation and sentence making. These rules are fluid considering the nature of different languages, and are compiled entirely in accordance with the characteristics of each language. In facing these rules, the question that comes to mind pertains to deliberation over the background and history of these rules in the foregoing literary knowledges. By pondering upon these knowledges, it becomes clear that the principles which are upheld to make speech articulate and eloquent in traditional rhetoric are, in term of nature, most consistent and harmonious with the principles and rules of writing. In the present study, dealing with this question made it clear that these themes are discussable under the definition of eloquence and articulacy, and specifically in expanding on the defects of eloquence and some of the subjects of semantics, and it is even possible to craft a more precise pattern and foundation for the rules of writing by taking into account the principles of rhetoric.
