رابطه بين مطلوبيت اجتماعي و خودكارآمدي با شادكامي دانشجويان (مورد مطالعه: دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد نكا)

The Relationship between Social Desirability and self-Efficacy with Happiness (Case study: Students of Islamic Azad University, Neka Branch)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعيين رابطه بين مطلوبيت اجتماعي و خودكارآمدي با شادكامي دانشجويان مقطع كارشناسي ارشد بوده است. پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي و از نوع مطالعات كاربردي مي‌باشد جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانشجويان مقطع كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد نكا به تعداد 190 نفر بود. نمونه آماري با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان، به تعداد 127 نفر و به شيوه نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي بر حسب جنسيت انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از سه پرسش‌نامه استاندارد مطلوبيت اجتماعي، خودكارآمدي و شادكامي استفاده شده است. روايي صوري ابزار توسط صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان مربوطه مورد تأييد قرارگرفته‌ است. پايايي آن‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ براي هر يك به ترتيب برابر 0/87، 0/81 و 0/88 به دست آمد. جهت بررسي و تجزيه ‌و تحليل داده‌ها از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي شامل ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين مطلوبيت اجتماعي (0/256=r) و خودكارآمدي (0/321=r) با شادكامي دانشجويان رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود دارد؛ و سهم هر يك از مؤلفه‌هاي خودكارآمدي در پيش‌بيني شادكامي دانشجويان متفاوت است. هم‌چنين ميزان مطلوبيت اجتماعي، خودكارآمدي و شادكامي دانشجويان مرد و زن متفاوت نيست.

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between social desirability and self-efficacy with happiness graduate students. This research is a descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population consisted of all 190 undergraduate students at the Islamic Azad University of Neka. Sample size According to Krejcy and Morgan table, 127 individuals were selected randomly (gender).The tools that have been used in this research are: Social Desirability questionnaire, general self-efficacy questionnaire and happiness questionnaire. The validity of the tool is confirmed by the experts and Specialists. Their reliability for each respectively was 0.87, 0.81 and 0.88, using Cronbach's alpha test. The data has been analyzed by using the statistical methods of Pearson correlation and multiple regressions. The results have shown that the level of social desirability, self-efficacy and happiness of male and female students was not different. Also there is a positive relationship between social desirability and self-efficacy with Happiness of students. an‎d the share of each dimension of the self-efficacy is different in predicting the happiness of the students.
