چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﭘﺪﯾﺪهﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﻋﺼﺮ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺿﺮورت زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺑﺸﺮ اﻣﺮوزي ﺷﺪه، در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣـﺪ اﺻـﻔﻬﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮ راه ﭘﺬﯾﺮش ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت( و ﭘﺬﯾﺮش ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋـﺎت ﻣـﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷـﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭘﻨﺞ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ و ﭘﺬﯾﺮش ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 191 ﻧﻔﺮي ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣـﺎري در ﺳـﻄﺢ 95%، ﺣﺠـﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ آﻣـﺎري ﺑـﺮ اﺳـﺎس ﺟـﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 127 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮآورد و ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮ ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي، ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳـﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮐﺎرﻣﻨﺪان ﻫﺮ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﮐﻞ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ. رواﯾـﯽ ﻣﺤﺘـﻮاﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺻﺮاﺣﺖ و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ درك ﮔﻮﯾﻪﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﻌﺪادي از ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﺎن و از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺗﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﻟﻐﻮي از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻨﻈﺮان ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري در ﻧﺮماﻓﺰارﻫﺎي SPSS و LISREL ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑُﻌﺪ ﺑﺮونﮔﺮاﯾـﯽ در ﭘـﺬﯾﺮش ﻓﻨـﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻧﻘﺶ داﺷﺖ و ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ﻓﺮد ﺑﺮونﮔﺮاﺗﺮ ﺑﻮد ﭘـﺬﯾﺮش و رﻓﺘـﺎر اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﻓﻨـﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋـﺎت وي اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺮونﮔﺮا داراي ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﭘﺮاﻧﺮژي، ﻣﻌﺎﺷـﺮﺗﯽ، داراي ﺷـﻮر و اﺷـﺘﯿﺎق، داراي اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻧﻔﺲ و داراي اﺣﺴﺎﺳﺎت ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳـﺪ ﺗـﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮونﮔﺮاﯾـﯽ در ﭘـﺬﯾﺮش ﻓﻨـﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت درﺳﺖ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و اﯾﻦ اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﻣﺬﮐﻮر اﺳﺘﻘﺒﺎل ﺑﯿﺸـﺘﺮي از ﻣﺴـﺎﺋﻞ ﺟﺪﯾـﺪ ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻨـﺪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮش ﻓﻨﺎوري داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Considering that information technology as one of the new phenomena of the present age, has become a necessity of modern human life, in this study, the relationship between employees' personality, which is one of the challenges in accepting information technology, was investigated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature. In this study, two questionnaires of five personality factors and information technology acceptance were used to collect data. Considering the number of 191 people in the statistical population at 95% level, the statistical sample size based on Krejcie and Morgan table is 127 people and for each deputy sampling method by stratified random method, proportional to the number of employees in each section and the total population It was found. The content validity of the questionnaires was assessed in terms of explicitness and ability to understand the items by a number of respondents and in terms of lexical relevance by referring to subject matter experts. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equations in SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that only the dimension of extraversion played a role in the acceptance of information technology and the more extroverted the person was, the more acceptance and behavior of his use of information technology increased. Considering that extroverts have energetic, sociable, passionate, confident and positive emotions, the effect of extroversion on the acceptance of information technology seems to be correct, and these people are more receptive to these issues. New like accepting technology.
