چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه: ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺤﻮل آﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﭘﯿﺶ ﺷﺮطﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ در راﺳـﺘﺎي ﺗﺤﻘـﻖ اﻧﻌﻄـﺎف ﭘـﺬﯾﺮي و ﻧﻮآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس، ﻫﺪف ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗـﺄﺛﯿﺮ رﻫﺒـﺮي ﺗﺤـﻮل آﻓـﺮﯾﻦ ﺑـﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨـﺎي ﻫـﺪف از ﻧـﻮع ﮐـﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳـﺖ و از ﻟﺤـﺎظ ﻣﺎﻫﯿـﺖ و روش در زﻣـﺮه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻋﻠّﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده و ﺟﻬـﺖ ﮔـﺮدآوري دادهﻫـﺎ از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﮐﻮي و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )2020( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾـﻪ ﻓﺮﻣـﻮل ﮐـﻮﮐﺮان ﺗﻌﺪاد 227 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮔﺮوه ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ ﻓﯿﺮوز ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ رواﯾﯽ از رواﯾـﯽ ﺻـﻮري و ﺳﺎزه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺿـﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔـﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒـﺎخ ﻣـﻮرد ﻣﺤﺎﺳـﺒﻪ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ. دادهﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻨﻮن آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS22 و ﻓﻨﻮن آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار آﻣﺎري Smart PLS3 از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ روش ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺗﮑﻤﯿـﻞ و ﺟﻤـﻊ آوري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻓﻌﻠﯽ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮل آﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒـﺖ دارد. در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ، ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﻦ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻄﯽ را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان از ﺳـﺒﮏﻫﺎي ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺳﻨﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮي ﺳﺒﮏ ﺗﺤﻮل آﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﺣﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ و ﻣﻮﺟﺒﺎت ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن در دﻧﯿﺎي ﻣﺘﺤﻮل و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ اﻣﺮوزي را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ آورﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Transformational organizational performance is one of the important prerequisites for achieving organizational flexibility and innovation. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance. The method of the present research is practical based on the purpose of study and in terms of nature and methodology is among the causal researches. To select the sample, a simple random sampling method and the standardized questionnaire measurement tool in Cui et al., (2020) study were used to collect data. Thus, the sample size was determined 227 employees of Firooz Hygienic Group as the statistical population of the study based on Cochran's formula. Formal and structural validity were used to determine the validity of research and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to assess the reliability of the questionnaire. The required research data were completed and collected using the descriptive statistics techniques with SPSS22 software and inferential statistics techniques with Smart PLS3 statistical software through structural equation modeling. Research findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational performance. As a result, it is suggested that the company managers should provide conditions for managers to move from traditional management styles to transformational styles and improve employee performance in today's changing world.
