طراحي شهري با هدف تقليل نارسايي‌هاي محيطي ناشي از جزاير حرارتي (نمونه موردي: محدوده تهرانسر، منطقه 21 تهران)

Urban design with the aim of reducing the thermal disadvantages of the urban heat Islands

با افزايش نرخ مهاجرت به شهرها و گسترش افقي و عمودي شهرها نظام حاكم بر محيط طبيعي دستخوش تغيير شده و عناصر مصنوع جايگزين عناصر طبيعي همچون درختان و پوشش گياهي در محيط شده است. عدم تعادل ميان عناصر مصنوع و طبيعي منجر به پيدايش پديده‌هاي جديد نظير جزاير حرارتي شده است. شرايط زيست‌محيطي و معيشتي در كلان‌شهر تهران نيز با توجه به انواع كاربري‌هاي درشت مقياس نظيرمجاورت با فرودگاه مهرآباد تحت تأثير نارسايي‌هاي اين پديده قرار گرفته است. محدوده مورد مطالعه در مجاورت نقطه كانوني جزاير حرارتي كلان‌شهر تهران قرار گرفته است. مهمترين هدف پژوهش، بازخواني تأثير جزاير حرارتي در زندگي شهري، با استفاده از روش‌ها و تكنيك‌هاي طراحي شهري در محدوده تهرانسر است. با هدف شناسايي عوامل مؤثر در تقليل آثار نامطلوب اين پديده نوظهور، با بكارگيري روش تحقيق توصيفي-تحليلي، بهره مندي از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، بررسي نشر الكترونيكي و تحقيقات ميداني به گردآوري داده ها پرداخته شد. با توجه به يافته‌هاي تحقيق در بخش مباني نظري و شناخت محدوده طرح، با ارائه راهكارهاي طراحانه مي‌توان تا حدي آثار نامطلوب اين پديده را كاهش داد. دستاورد نهايي اين پژوهش به صورت طرحي قابل توسعه ارائه گرديد كه مي‌تواند اقدامي در جهت تقليل نارسايي‌هاي محيطي ناشي از جزاير حرارتي در اين محدوده باشد.

By increasing the rate of migration to cities and the horizontal and vertical expansion of cities, the environmental system appears, and artificial elements replace natural elements such as trees and vegetation in the environment. The imbalance between artifact and natural elements has led to the emergence of new phenomena such as thermal islands. The environmental and livelihood conditions in Tehran metropolitan area have been affected by the deficiencies of this phenomenon, due to the large scale applications such as Mehrabad Airport. The study area is located near the focal point of the urnan heat islands of Tehran metropolis. The main purpose of the research is to revisit the effect of thermal islands in urban life using urban design methods and techniques in the Tehransar area. In order to identify the effective factors in reducing the adverse effects of this emerging phenomenon, using a descriptive-analytical research method, benefiting from library studies, electronic publishing, and field research, data were gathered. Considering the findings of the research in the field of theoretical foundations and understanding the scope of the design, by presenting design strategies, it can be partly reduced the adverse effects of this phenomenon. The final achievement of this research has been presented as a developmental plan that can be used to reduce the environmental deficiencies caused by thermal islands in this area.
