چكيده فارسي :
هدف از تحقيق حاضر تدوين مدل عوامل موثر بر توسعه پايدار سالنهاي ورزشي در خراسان رضوي مي‌باشد. روش جمع آوري داده‌ها در تحقيق به شكل مصاحبه عميق با 15 نفر از خبرگان و مديران اجرايي حوزه وزارت ورزش و اداره كل ، اساتيد حوزه مديريت ورزشي و مديران خبره اماكن ورزشي استان خراسان رضوي مي باشد. روش نمونه گيري به صورت غير احتمالي و گلوله برفي بوده و مصاحبه ها تا جايي ادامه پيدا كرد كه اشباع نظري در خصوص سوالات و اهداف تحقيق حاصل گرديد. فرمت داده ها به دو صورت صوت و متن بوده و تجزيه و تحليل داده ها توسط نرم افزار MAXQDA18 انجام گرديد. محقق پس از كدگذاري باز و فرايندي مصاحبه هاي انجام شده، عوامل احصاء شده را در قالب مدل مفهومي چارمز و گليزر (2006) معرفي نمود. مقوله‌هاي «عوامل اقتصادي، عامل تبليغاتي، كاربران و عوامل مديريتي، منابع انساني، تجهيزات ورزشي، امكانات رفاهي و جانبي، ايمني، مكان يابي، و خصوصي سازي» به عنوان عوامل اثر گذار بر توسعه پايدار در اماكن ورزشي به شمار مي روند. توسعه پايدار فرايندي است كه آينده‌اي مطلوب را براي جوامع بشري متصور مي‌شود كه در آن شرايط زندگي و استفاده از منابع، بدون آسيب رساندن به يكپارچگي، زيبايي و ثبات نظام‌هاي حياتي، نيازهاي انسان را برطرف مي‌سازد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to develop a model of factors affecting the sustainable development of sports halls in Khorasan Razavi. The method of collecting data in this research is in-depth interview with 15 experts and executives of Ministry of Sport and General Administration, professors of sport management field and expert managers of sport sites in Khorasan Razavi province. The sampling method was non-probable and snowballed and the interviews continued until theoretical saturation of the research questions and objectives was achieved. Data were formatted in both audio and text and analyzed by MAXQDA18 software. After open coding and interviewing process, the researcher introduced the factors listed in the conceptual model of Charmes & Glazer (2006). The categories of "economic factors, advertising agents, users and management factors, human resources, sports equipment, amenities, safety, location, and privatization" are considered as influencing factors for sustainable development in sports facilities. . Sustainable development is a process that conceives a desirable future for human societies in which living conditions and the use of resources meet human needs without harming the integrity, beauty and stability of vital systems. In fact, sustainable development offers solutions to the structural, social, economic, and environmental patterns of development that can tackle issues such as the depletion of natural resources, the destruction of biological systems, pollution, climate change, unnecessary population growth, injustice and decline.
