Futures Studies and Software Modeling of Iran-UK Relations from the Perspective of Smart Power Components; Focusing on Iran's Political Geography

جغرافياي سياسي به طور كل درگير تحليل فضايي پديده هاي سياسي است ضمن اينكه به اختصاصات فضايي فرآيند سياسي نيز توجه دارد. در جغرافياي سياسي مفهوم منطقه، يك فضاي جغرافيايي است كه از يك سلسله پديده هاي مشابه و عوامل پيوند دهنده در محيط تشكيل شده است كه داراي يك شخصيت جغرافيايي يكپارچه و متمايز از ديگر مناطق است. در اين تحقيق، قدرت هوشمند جمهوري اسلامي ايران و ارائه يك مدل مهندسي شده در روابط في مابين ايران و كشور انگلستان با تمركز بر جغرافياي سياسي ايران بررسي، تجزيه و تحليل شده است. در اين راستا نقش پارامترهاي قدرت، فرهنگ و قدرت هوشمند كه تا بحال در برقراري روابط سياسي، اقتصادي و غيره جدي گرفته نشده بودند برجسته خواهد شد. نتايج اين تحقيق در برقراري صلح و امنيت پايدار بين المللي و درك متقابل و همچنين رفع مشكلات و معضلاتي كه مانع توسعه پايدار ج.ا.ايران در حال و آينده مي شود اثربخشي ويژه اي خواهد داشت. مفاهيم نوين قدرت هوشمند كه بر بستر تجارب معاصر بين المللي جايگاه خود را در ادبيات قدرت و سياست پيدا كرده است، موضوع فهم و به كارگيري مولفه هاي قدرت هوشمند را به منظور افزايش توانمندي ها در ابعاد مختلف به ويژه بازدارندگي ج.ا. ايران در برابر هرگونه تهديدات خارجي و داخلي را حائز اهميت نموده است. مهندسي روابط بين الملل به كمك نرم افزارهاي تحليلي و آماري با استفاده از داده هاي ميداني در قالب مصاحبه ها و پرسشنامه ها و همچنين مطالعات اسنادي انجام شده است.

Political geography is involved in the spatial analysis of political phenomena while also considering the spatial specificities of the political process. In political geography, the concept of a region is a geographic space that is composed of a series of similar phenomena and linking factors in the environment that have a unified and distinct geographical personality from other regions. In this study, we analyze the smart power of the Islamic Republic of Iran and present an engineered model of the relations between Iran and the United Kingdom with a focus on Iran's political geography. In this regard, the role of the parameters of power, culture and smart power will be highlighted. They had never been taken seriously in political, economic, etc. relations. Modern concepts of intelligent power have found their place in the literature of power and politics in the context of contemporary international experience. So importance of understanding and applying intelligent power components to enhance capabilities in various dimensions, in particular deterring Iran from any external or internal threats, is important. International relations engineering with the help of analytical and statistical software using field data in the form of interviews and questionnaires as well as documentary studies in the field of humanities and the panel of experts has rarely been done. In this study, several influential variables in the context of political geography have been used in a completely innovative and futuristic perspective.
