بررسي مدلهاي طراحي شهري فرايند محور و نقش آن در بهبود مداخلات در مراكز شهري

Investigating process-oriented urban design models and its role in improving interventions in urban centers

مراكز شهري كه به نوعي نماد فرهنگي شهرهاي بزرگ و كوچك به شمار مي آيند از مهم ترين قلمروهاي همگاني در فضاهاي شهري هستند. بي توجهي به مراكز شهري در جريان رشد شتابان شهرنشيني، اين مراكز را با مشكلات متعددي رو به رو كرده كه باعث كاهش كيفيت محيط زندگي در آنها شده است. در پژوهش حاضر با بررسي و ارزيابي دو تئوري فرايند طراحي شهري و منطق فازي به ارائه مدل مناسب براي مداخله در مراكز شهري پرداخته شده است. مدلي كه مهمترين اصل آن فرايند محور بودن و امكان رفت و برگشت در طول مسير طرح و اجراي آن است. مراحل انجام اين پژوهش به منظور رسيدن به مدل مناسب با ويژگي هاي كالبدي و اجتماعي مراكز شهري شامل چند مرحله اصلي ميباشد در مرحله اول با كمك مطالعات نظري و تجارب مداخلات در مراكز شهري، اصول كلي براي مداخله در مراكز شهري تاريخي - اجتماعي تعريف گرديده است، پس از آن در مرحله دوم تئوري هاي مهم مداخله با ديدگاه فرايندي بررسي و با يكديگر مقايسه شدند، مرحله سوم اختصاص دارد به تعريف يك مدل منطبق با اصول مداخله كه برگرفته از مطالعات نظري و تئوري هاي فرايند محور مداخله است، پس از آن در پايان مدل موردنظر تدوين گرديده است. نتايج اين پژوهش گوياي اين امر خواهد بود كه با كمك طراحي شهري فرايندگرا مي توان كيفيت مداخله در فضاهاي شهري و درنتيجه رضايتمندي بهره برداران را افزايش داد و نتايج منفي اقدام مداخله را تعديل نمود.

The city centers which are a cultural symbol of cities and towns, are one of the most important public areas in urban spaces. Disregard for urban centers during the rapid growth of urbanization, these centers have faced numerous problems that have reduced the quality of life in them. the present study has been conducted to evaluate the two theories of urban design and fuzzy logic to provide an appropriate model for intervention in urban centers. A model that, the most important principle of this, is the process-centered and the possibility of going back along the path of its design and implementation. Steps to do this research, in order to achieve a proper model with the physical and social characteristics of urban centers, includes several main steps. Firstly, with the help of theoretical studies and experiences of interventions in urban centers, the general principles for intervention in urban historical-social centers are defined. Subsequently, in the second phase, the major intervention theories were study and compared with the process view. The third stage is dedicated, to defining a model that complies with the principles of intervention, which is based on theoretical studies and process-centered theories of intervention, after that, the model was finalized at the end. The results of this research will indicate this, that with the help of process oriented urban design, it is possible to increase the quality of intervention in urban spaces and thus the satisfaction of the operators and moderate negative results of intervention.
