بررسي مؤلفه‌هاي مؤثر در توسعه محلي پايدار روستاهاي شهرستان گرمسار يا تاكيد بر سرمايه اجتماعي

Investigating the effective components in sustainable local development of Garmsar villages or emphasizing social capital

توسعه روستايي مستلزم توجه ويژه به نيروي انساني است و روستاييان به عنوان منابع انساني مهم بخش كشاورزي، از عاملان اصلي توسعه روستايي به شمار مي‌رود. سرمايه اجتماعي را مي‌توان از طريق كاركردهـاي آن همچون اعتماد، مدارا، همكاري، همبستگي‌هاي گروهي، تـرحم، شـفقت، دلسـوزي، ايثـار و نـوع دوسـتي شناسايي نمود. توسعه پايدار با ايجاد شرايط مطلوب در زمينه‌هاي مواد غذايي، بهداشتي، اشتغال، آموزش و نحوه گذر زمان آزاد موجب ايجاد سطح عادي در زندگي مي‌شود؛ بنابراين براي دستيابي به توسعه پايدار شهري كه هدف از آن بهبود وضعيت اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي اعضاي جامعه است، تشكيل و تقويت سرمايه اجتماعي از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله عبارت است از بررسي تأثير سرمايه‌ي اجتماعي در توسعه‌ي پايدار محله‌هاي شهري مورد مطالعه در روستاهاي شهرستان گرمسار و حوزه‌هاي نفوذ. سؤال اصلي مقاله اين است كه آيا مؤلفه‌هاي سرمايه‌هاي اجتماعي بر شكل‌گيري توسعه ي پايدار محله ايي در سطح محلات محدوده ي مورد مطالعه مؤثر است؟ روش اين مقاله توصيفي تحليل است. نتايج مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه ميان سرمايه اجتماعي ساكنان و پايداري محله، رابطه معني‌داري برقرار است. اين سرمايه بيش از آن كه به بهبود محيط كالبدي محله اثرگذار باشد، بر توسعه پايدار اجتماعي و اقتصادي محله مؤثر است

Rural development requires special attention to human resources and villagers as important human resources in the agricultural sector are the main actors in rural development.Social capital can be identified through its functions such as trust, tolerance, cooperation, group solidarity, compassion, compassion, self-sacrifice, kindness and friendship.Sustainable development creates a normal standard of living by creating favorable conditions in the fields of food, health, employment, education and leisure. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable urban development, which aims to improve the social, economic and cultural status of community members, the formation and strengthening of social capital is of particular importance. The main purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of social capital on the sustainable development of the studied urban neighborhoods in the villages of Garmsar city and areas of influence. The main question of the article is whether the components of social capital are effective in the formation of sustainable neighborhood development at the neighborhood level of the study area? The method of this article is descriptive analysis. The results of the article show that there is a significant relationship between residents' social capital and neighborhood sustainability. This capital is more effective in the sustainable social and economic development of the neighborhood than in improving the physical environment of the neighborhood. In addition, in confirming the results of previous research, a positive and acceptable relationship has been identified between the mental components of social capital and all components of local sustainability
