روش دكتر عبدالله خان احمديه در درمان بيماران، تلفيقي از طب سنتي و طب رايج

Dr. Abdullah Khan Ahmadieh's method in treating and reporting patients: A combination of traditional and conventional medicines

سابقه و هدف: از ميان اساتيد برجسته اي كه در دارالفنون آموزش ديده اند مشهورترينشان در حوزه درمان با طب تلفيقي (طب مدرن و طب سنتي) عبدالله خان احمديه است. وي در سال 1294 خورشيدي از دارالفنون فارغ التحصيل شده است. آنچه كه اين پزشك به نام تاريخ معاصر را مورد توجه دانشكده هاي طب سنتي در حال حاضر قرار داده است، نحوه شرح‌حال‌گيري ايشان و برخورد قدم‌به‌قدم باليني تا درمان بيمار است. هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي روش درمان و نحوه گزارش‌گيري دكتر احمديه است. روش كار: اين مطالعه به‌روش كتابخانه اي انجام شده است و يادداشت هاي در دسترس دكتر احمديه را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. بخشي از اين نسخه ها و يادداشت ها در يك فايل كامپيوتري توسط مرحوم استاد اصفهاني جمع‌آوري شده است و بخش ديگر در كتاب راز درمان به چاپ رسيده است. يافته‌ها: دكتر عبدالله خان احمديه در روال شرح‌حال‌گيري توجهي عميق به حالت‌هاي چهره، زبان و گوارش بيمار داشته است. آنچه كه در يادداشت‌هاي ايشان بسيار به چشم مي خورد دقت در شرح‌حال‌گيري، ارتباط روزانه با بيمار، خُلق نيكو، صرف وقت زياد طي معاينه و ويزيت بيمار و نسخه هاي تلفيقي است. ايشان با توجه به نياز، هم داروهاي طب رايج و هم گياهان دارويي را در سبد داروي بيمار پيش‌بيني ميكردند و آنچه كه در درمان ارزشمند ايشان بسيار به چشم ميخورد استفاده از بهبود كاركرد گوارشي و اجابت مزاج بيمار جهت تسريع روند بهبودي است. نتيجه‌گيري: به‌نظر مي‌رسد بررسي نسخه ها و روش درماني ايشان در دانشكده هاي طب سنتي توسط دانشجويان و در جلسات گزارش صبحگاهي در پيشبرد درمان تلفيقي بتواند رهگشا باشد چرا كه يادداشت‌هاي با ارزش دكتر احمديه تنها يك يادداشت روزانه سير بيماري نيست، بلكه يك تفكر بنيادين در درمان تلفيقي را به عرصه ظهور رسانده است كه امروزه جايگاه ويژه اي در بهداشت و درمان اكثر كشورهاي توسعه يافته دارد.

Background and Purpose: Abdullah Khan Ahmadieh is one of the prominent professors who have been trained in Dar al-Fonun in the field of integrated medicine (modern medicine and traditional medicine). He graduated from the Academy of Arts in 1294 AH. What this eminent contemporary physician has brought to the attention of the schools of traditional medicine today, is his method of history taking and dealing in a step-by-step manner clinically to treat patients. The purpose of this study was to evaluate how Dr. Ahmadieh reported and treated disease. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted using the library method, via examining available notes of Dr. Ahmadieh. Some of these copies and notes have been collected in a computer file by Professor Esfahani, while some have been published in a book, “The Secret to cure”. Results: Dr. Abdullah Khan Ahmadieh paid close attention to the patient's face, tongue and digestion in routine history taking. What is very noticeable in his notes is the accuracy of patient history, daily communication with the patient, good manners, spending considerable time to examine and consult patients, and integrated prescriptions. As needed, he prescribed both conventional medicines and herbs for a patient. Prominent in his valuable method of treatment was aiming to improve the patients’ digestive function and defecation to accelerate the healing process. Conclusion: It seems that reviewing Dr. Ahmadieh's prescriptions and treatment methods in the schools of traditional medicine by students and in morning report sessions can be helpful in promoting integrated treatment. His valuable notes are not only a daily diary of the disease process, but also a fundamental thought in the field of integrated therapy, which is an important aspect of the health and treatment system in most developed countries.
