چكيده فارسي :
امروزه مرزهاي سرزميني در زمره يكي از مهم‌ترين مسائل ملي و بين المللي به شمار ميروند. تأمين امنيت ملي از اولويت هاي دولت ها در سياست گذاري ملي و منطقه اي محسوب گرديده كه همواره در تدوين آن تلاش مي شود؛ تهديدها، چالش ها و فرصت ها شناسايي و نيز تأثير مكان‌هاي مختلف جغرافيايي بر آن مدنظر قرار گيرد. وضعيت مرز در اوضاع سياسي، نظامي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي يك كشور تاثير مستقيم دارد. هدف اصلي اين رساله عبارت است از تحليل و بررسي تهديدات امنيت ملي در مناطق مرزي در استان‌هاي كردستان و كرمانشاه. سوال اصلي مقاله اين است كه تهديدات امنيت ملي ايران در مناطق مرزي استان‌هاي كردستان و كرمانشاه كدام‌اند؟ با توجه به حساسيت امنيت در مرزهاي غربي كـشور و اهـميت موضوع، تاكنون كمتر مطالعه‌اي پيرامون اين مسئله در استان هاي كردستان و كرمانشاه انجام گرفته اسـت از ايـن‌رو اين پژوهش بر آن است تا شـاخص‌هاي مـؤثر بـر امنيت ملي در استان هاي كردستان و كرمانشاه را بررسي نمايد. ايـران كـشوري است كه در همزيستي با كشورهاي همسايه از موقعيت‌هاي همسان/ ناهمسان ژئوپليتيك، ژئواكونومي و ژئوكالچر بـرخوردار اسـت. نتايج مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه مهم‌ترين تهديدات امنيت ملي ايران در مناطق مرزي استان‌هاي كردستان و كرمانشاه عبارت‌اند از: تهديدات دفاعي، تهديدات سياسي، تهديدات اجتماعي، تهديدات اقـتصادي، تهديدات امنيتي
چكيده لاتين :
Today, territorial borders are one of the most important national and international issues. Ensuring national security is one of the priorities of governments in national and regional policy, which is always tried to be formulated; Identify threats, challenges and opportunities as well as the impact of different geographical locations on it. The main purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the national security threats in the border areas in the provinces of Kurdistan and Kermanshah. The main question of the article is what are the threats to Iran's national security in the border areas of Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces? Due to the sensitivity of security on the western borders of the country and the importance of the issue, so far few studies have been conducted on this issue in the provinces of Kurdistan and Kermanshah. . Iran is a country that has similar geopolitical, geoeconomic and geocultural positions in coexistence with neighboring countries. The results of the article show that the most important threats to Iran's national security in the border areas of Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces are: defense threats, political threats, social threats, economic threats, security threats
