نقش تله‌نرسينگ دربهبود مديريت بيماري‌هاي مزمن در‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌سالمندان‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌

The Role of Telenursing in Improving the Chronic Diseases Management

مقدمه: با توجه به روند رو به رشد سالمندي و ابتلا به بيماري‌هاي مزمن در كشور در جهت كاهش عوارض ناشي از سالمندي و بيماري، تله‌نرسينگ استفاده از تكنولوژي ارتباط از راه دور به منظور ارائه مراقبت و مشاوره به بيماران است. لذا اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي نقش تله‌نرسينگ در مديريت بيماري‌هاي مزمن در سالمندان انجام شد. روش كار: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مروري - سيستماتيك و با جستجوي مقالات با استفاده از كليد واژه‌هايTelenursing, elderly ,Chronic Diseases و تركيب آن‌ها، در پايگاه‌هاي فارسيSID, Magiran و پايگاه‌هاي ScienceDirect،PubMed وScopus انجام گرفت و پس از بررسي عنوان و چكيده مقالات و حذف موارد تكراري، كيفيت مقالات يافت شده با استفاده از ابزار JBI توسط پژوهشگران، بررسي و نهايتاً 43 مقاله در اين مطالعه وارد شدند. يافته‌ها: در مقالات مورد بررسي نقش اثر بخش تله‌نرسينگ، در بهبود مديريت بيماري، بيماران مبتلا به ديابت نوع دو، پر فشاري خون، كبد چرب غيرالكلي، نارسايي قلبي ديده شد و مطالعه‌اي كه نتايج را نقض كند در مقالات مورد بررسي يافت نشد. نتيجه‌گيري: تله‌نرسينگ نقش موثري را در مديريت بيماري‌هاي مزمن ايفا مي‌كند، از اين رو استفاده از اين فناوري در كشور و فراهم آوردن بستري براي استفاده صحيح سالمندان مهم است چراكه مي‌تواند پيامد‌هاي مطلوبي از جمله كاهش هزينه‌هاي وارده بر سيستم بهداشت و درمان و بستري‌هاي طولاني‌مدت در بيمارستان را داشته باشد كه در اين خصوص نياز به تقويت زيرساخت‌ها و اختصاص بودجه كافي دارد.

Background and Aim: Due to the growing trend of aging and chronic diseases in the country in order to reduce the effects of aging and disease, telephoning is the use of telecommunication technology to provide care and counseling to patients. Therefore, this study examines the role of trapping ness in the management of chronic diseases in the elderly. Methods: The present study was conducted in a systematic review by searching for articles using the keywords Tele Nursing elderly, Chronic Diseases, and combining them in SID, Magiran and English, ScienceDirectPubmed and Scopus Persian databases. The title and abstract of the articles and the removal of duplicate items, the quality of the articles found using the JBI tool by the researchers, were reviewed and finally 43 articles were included in this study. Results: The effective role of tele-nursing in improving disease management in patients with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, non-alcoholic fatty liver, heart failure was seen in the reviewed articles and a study that violated the results was not found in the reviewed articles. Conclusion: Tele Nursing plays an effective role in the management of chronic diseases, so the use of this technology in the country and providing a platform for the proper use of the elderly is important because it can have consequences. It has desirable costs such as reducing the costs on the health care system and long-term hospitalizations, which requires strengthening the infrastructure and allocating sufficient funds.
