بررسي شاخصه هاي علمي فرهنگي هويتي موثر در برنامه ريزي و شكل گيري شهر اسلامي نمونه موردي: تهران دوران معاصر

Study of the scientific, cultural and identical parameters affecting the urban planning and the formation of Islamic cities , Case Study: Tehran in Modern Era

در اين تحقيق سعي بر آن شده است كه احكام مرتبط با شكل گيري شهرها بصورت موردي و از نگاه سنت ، سيره و جريانات فرهنگي و اجتماعي در شهر تهران بررسي گردد، از اين رو براي رسيدن به اين هدف دو پرسش مطرح مي گردد: 1 – چهارچوب هاي نظري فرآيند برنامه ريزي شهر اسلامي در تهران معاصر شامل چه شاخصه هاي علمي فرهنگي و هويتي مي باشد ؟ 2 –كداميك از شاخصه هاي برنامه ريزي شهر اسلامي در تهران معاصر نقش موثر تري را ايفا مي كند ؟روش تحقيق در پژوهش حاضر عمدتا از نوع توصيفي – تحليلي است ، در گام دوم مطالعات عمدتا بصورت ميداني مي باشد، در اين بخش جهت بررسي روايي و پايايي شاخصه هاي استخرجي اوليه پرسشنامه هايي كه از مطالعات مباني نظري و ادبيات موضوع تدوين شده از طريق كارشناسان و متخصص مرتبط با اين حوزه مورد ارزيابي قرار خواهد گرفت. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر بيانگر آن است كه شاخصه هايي چون خوانايي و پويايي، وحدت و يكپارچگي، توجه به عناصر آب و گياهان، درونگرايي و محرميت، توجه به مصالح بوم آورد و بهره گيري از فرهنگ ديني آييني و فرهنگ بومي همواره نقش موثري در شكل گيري و برنامه ريزي شهر اسلامي ايفا نموده است. همچنين شاخصه پويايي و خوانايي حائز نقش موثرتري در برنامه ريزي شهر اسلامي نسبت به ساير شاخصه ها در تهران معاصر بوده است. كلمات كليدي: برنامه ريزي، شهر اسلامي، شاخصه هاي علمي فرهنگي و هويتي، پويايي و خوانايي، وحدت

This research seeks to investigate the rules for forming the cities in a case study regarding the tradition, methods as well as social and cultural flows in Tehran city. Thus, two questions were discussed to reach this purpose: 1. Which scientific, cultural and identity parameters include theoretical frameworks of the planning process of Islamic city in Tehran? 2. Which parameters of Islamic city planning play a more effective role in modern Tehran? Research method of this study can be considered in two parts. the analytical and descriptive studies. In the second step, there was a field trial studying the reliability and validity of parameters. Finally , the questionnaires were used to survey the users of urban spaces.To reach an exact study field, Tehran city was considered the place of study as well as the place and culture variables of people were controlled and the gender separation and age were adjusted to reach a comprehensive conclusion of study. The results of the current research represent some parameters, including legibility and dynamics, unity and integrity, considering water and plants elements, introversion and confidentiality, considering indigenous materials, utilizing the religious, native and domestic culture have played an effective role in forming and planning Islamic city. Moreover, the dynamic and legibility parameters have played a more effective role in planning Islamic city than other parameters in modern Tehran.
