تدوين الگوي توسعۀ حمل و نقل محور‌(TOD) با ملاحضۀ ساختار كلان شهري (مورد: تبريز)

Presenting a transtit-oriented model considering macro urban form

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوين و ارائۀ مدل توسعۀ حمل و نقل محور در شهر تبريز، با توجه به ساختار كلان اين شهر است. بر اين اساس، جهت جمعآوري دادههاي مورد نياز، از تعداد 25 استاد و كارشناس در حوزۀ حمل و نقل و توسعۀ شهري، مصاحبههاي عميق به عمل آمد و تعداد 870 كد اوليه به دست آمد كه پس از غربالگري و كدگذاري محوري، مقولههاي ساخته شده شامل 6 مقولۀ اصلي با 71 زير مقوله شدند. بر اين اساس، عوامل علي، پنج مقولۀ «عدم وجود طرح انساني در طراحي محيط و بيتوجهي به دسترسي اقشار مختلف اجتماعي به مراكز حمل و نقل» ، «لزوم رونق اقتصادي، رقابتپذيري و صرفهجوييهاي ناشي از مقياس مناطق شهري» «تهيۀ طرح اختصاصي-بومي و توسعۀ حمل و نقل محور پايدار»، «آلودگي هواي شهري و لزوم پالايش آن»، از مفاهيم اوليه در توسعۀ حمل و نقل محور استخراج گرديد. در رابطه با راهبردها، مقولههاي سطح اول «ايجاد مجتمعهاي ايستگاهي و اختلاط كاربريها»، «طراحي انسانمحور با ملاحضۀ بافت شهري»، «بكارگيري نوينترين سيستمهاي حمل و نقلي»، «مشاركت اجتماعي ساكنين و آموزش»، «سيستم برنامهريزي و مديريت يكپارچه در حكمراني حمل و نقل شهري» و «زيباسازي و ايجاد فضاهاي جذاب شهري» شناسايي گرديدند.

The goal of this study is to compile and present a model of transportation-based development in Tabriz, according to the macro structure of this city. Therefore, due to the lack of theoretical basis and indigenous models, researchers using the Grand Theory method, conceptualized this model based on the urban structure of Tabriz metropolis. Accordingly, in order to collect the required data, from 25 professors and experts in the field of urban transportation and development, in-depth interviews were conducted and 870 initial codes were obtained after screening and axial coding, the constructed categories included 6 main categories with 71 sub-categories. Hence, the causal factors are five categories "Lack of human-centered design in environmental design and disregard for the access of different sections of society to transportation centers" "The need for economic prosperity, competitiveness and savings due to the scale of urban areas" "Preparing a Dedicated Indigenous Plan and Developing a Sustainable Transport oriented development", "Urban Air Pollution and the Need for Refining" The basic concepts of transport oriented development were extracted. In terms of strategies, the first level categories “Creating Station Complexes and Mixing Uses” "Human-centered design with urban context consideration", "Using the latest transportation systems”, “Social Participation of Residents and Education", "Integrated Planning and Management System in Urban Transportation Governance" and "Beautifying and creating attractive urban spaces" were identified.
