چكيده فارسي :
امروزه شكل‌گيري مناطق آزاد تجاري با مكانيزم تأثيرگذار اقتصادي علاوه بر توسعه‌ي فعاليت‌هاي توريستي، فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي منطقه را نيز دستخوش تغييرات اساسي كرده است. با توجه به اهميت موضوع، هدف اصلي اين تحقيق، ارزيابي اثرات منطقه آزاد ارس بر توسعه‌ي فعاليت‌هاي گردشگري و در راستاي آن اقتصاد منطقه مي‌باشد. روش تحقيق در مطالعه‌ي حاضر نظري - كاربردي با ماهيت توصيفي – تحليلي مي‌باشد كه براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از روش اسنادي – ميداني (پيمايشي) و براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از روش تحليل معادلات ساختاري در نرم‌افزار Amos استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ي آماري تحقيق مسئولان، مديران و نخبگان شهري مي‌باشد كه 200 نفر با استفاده از روش گلوله برفي به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه شكل‌گيري منطقه آزاد ارس تأثيرات مثبتي بر توسعه‌ي فعاليت‌هاي گردشگري از طريق جذب سرمايه و ايجاد زيرساخت‌ها و امكانات تفريحي و اقامتگاهي داشته است. همچنين توسعه‌ي فعاليت‌هاي گردشگري در منطقه آزاد ارس نيز تأثيرات مثبتي بر اقتصاد منطقه گذاشته است كه در اين بين بيشترين تأثيرگذاري آن بر مؤلفه‌هاي اشتغال‌زايي؛ جذب سرمايه‌ي داخلي و خارجي؛ افزايش درآمدهاي مالياتي از محل فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي مرتبط با گردشگري؛ افزايش درآمد ارزي به ترتيب با ضرايب 74/0، 71/0، 63/0 و 57/0 بوده است. از طرفي توسعه‌ي فعاليت‌هاي گردشگري منطقه نتوانسته است تأثير درخور توجهي در كاهش نابرابري درآمدي و افزايش سطح رفاه خانوارها داشته باشد.

Formation of free trade zones with an effective economic mechanism, in addition to the development of tourist activities, has undergone major changes in the region's economic activities. Considering the importance of the subject, the main objective of this research is to evaluate the effects of the Aras Free Zone on the development of tourism activities and in line with that of the region's economy. The method of research in this study is a theoretical-practical and with descriptive-analytical nature. Data gathering was done by documentary-field survey method and was used to analyze the information by structural analysis method using Amos software. The statistical population of the research is officials, managers and urban elites. 200 people have been selected using snowball method as sample size. The results of the research indicate that the formation of the Aras Free Zone has had a positive impact on the development of tourism activities through attracting capital and creating infrastructure and recreational facilities. Also, the development of tourism activities in the Aras Free Zone has had a positive impact on the economy of the region, with the greatest impact on job creation, attracting domestic and foreign capital, increasing tax revenues from the economic activities related to tourism, increasing foreign exchange earnings, respectively the coefficients were 0.74, 0.71, 0.63 and 0.57. On the other hand, the development of tourism activities in the region has not been able to have a significant impact on reducing inequality of income and increasing the welfare of households.
