چكيده فارسي :
:اين پژوهش با هدف طراحي مدل تعهد زناشويي بر اساس مولفه هاي سلامت رواني، ويژگي هاي شخصيتي با ميانجيگري رضايت جنسي در زوجين مراجعه كننده به مراكز خانه هاي سلامت شهر تهران انجام شده بود.
مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش توصيفي -همبستگي از نوع اكتشافي ـ متوالي و هدايت شده بود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه زوجين مراجعه كننده به مراكز خانه هاي سلامت شهر تهران در سال 1398 بود. روش نمونه گيري بصورت تصادفي چند مرحله اي وحجم نمونه آماري براساس نرم افزارsample power (350 نفر) و با توجه به احتمال 20درصد افت آزمودني ها تعداد نمونه 372 نفر در نظر گرفته شد و مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. براي جمعآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه تعهد زناشويي آدامز و جونز(1997)، سلامت روان گلدبرگ(1972)، ويژگي هاي شخصيتي نئو (NEO-FFI) مك كري و كاستا(1985)، رضايت جنسي لارسون(1998) استفاده و بر روي نمونه مورد نظر اجرا شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و معادلات ساختاري smartpls تحليل شد.
يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد طراحي مدل تعهد زناشويي بر اساس مولفه هاي سلامت رواني، ويژگي هاي شخصيتي با ميانجيگري رضايت جنسي در زوجين با مدل نظري مطابقت داشته و از برازش مطلوبي برخوردار است، همچنين بررسي معناداري مسيرهاي مستقيم و غير مستقيم پژوهش در زنان و مردان نشان مي دهد كه: مسير مستقيم بين سلامت رواني (جسماني ، اضطرابي، اجتماعي، افسردگي) و ويژگي هاي شخصيتي (روان نژندي ، برون گرايي ، تجربه پذيري ، توافق پذيري ، وظيفه شناسي )،رضايت جنسي با تعهد زناشويي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد و از طرفي نتايج مسير غير مستقيم نشان مي دهد كه سلامت رواني (جسماني ، اضطرابي، اجتماعي، افسردگي) و ويژگي هاي شخصيتي (روان نژندي ، برون گرايي ، تجربه پذيري ، توافق پذيري، وظيفه شناسي ) با تعهد زناشويي و ميانجيگري رضايت جنسي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد وبا تعهد زناشويي و ميانجيگري رضايت جنسي در زوجين مراجعه كننده به مراكز خانه هاي سلامت شهر تهران شدت اثر مطلوبي داشته است.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: The aim of this study was to design a marital
commitment model based on the components of mental health,
personality traits mediated by sexual satisfaction in couples
referring to health centers in Tehran.
Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptivecorrelational exploratory-consecutive and guided. The statistical
population included all couples who referred to health centers in
Tehran in 1398. Multi-stage random sampling method and
statistical sample size based on sample power software (350
people) and considering the 20% probability of drop in the number
of 372 people were considered and analyzed. For data collection,
Adams & Jones (1997) Marital Commitment Questionnaire,
Goldberg Mental Health (1972), McCray and Costa (NEO-FFI)
Personality Traits (1985), Larson (1998) Sexual Satisfaction
Questionnaire were used. The desired sample was executed. Data
were analyzed using SPSS software and smartpls structural
equations.
Findings: The results showed that the design of marital
commitment model based on mental health components,
personality traits mediated by sexual satisfaction in couples is
consistent with the theoretical model and has a good fit, as well as
a significant study of direct and indirect research paths in women
and Men show that: There is a direct relationship between mental
health (physical, anxiety, social, depression) and personality traits
(neuroticism, extraversion, empiricism, agreement,
conscientiousness), sexual satisfaction and marital commitment.
On the other hand, the results of the indirect path show that mental
health (physical, anxiety, social, depression) and personality traits
(neuroticism, extraversion, empiricism, agreement,
conscientiousness) are related to marital commitment and sexual
satisfaction mediation. There is significance and with marital
commitment and mediation of sexual satisfaction in couples
referring to health centers in Tehran has had a positive effect.
Conclusion: Mental health and type of personality traits of each
couple with mutual understanding of each other's needs can predict
marital commitment in the context of effective marital
relationships and intimacy, commitment in couples' sexual
relationships
