Analysis of the Components of Professional Ethics of Faculty Members with a Model based on Quranic Principles in Islamic Azad University

هدف از اين پژوهش واكاوي و شناسايي ابعاد و مؤلفههاي اخلاق حرفهاي اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي با الگو گرفتن از مباني قرآني در استان تهران بود. مواد و روش ها: روش انجام پژوهش آميخته (كيفي-كمي) است. براي انجام اين پژوهش علاوه بر مطالعۀ اسنادي مروري بر مباني قرآني، از تكنيك تحليل مضمون با نرم افزار MAXQDA12، براي شناسايي ابعاد و مؤلفهها استفاده شد. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش تمام خبرگان در حوزه اخلاق حرفهاي بودند كه بعد از انجام مصاحبه 17 اشباع نظري صورت گرفت. روايي از طريق 4 خبره و توسط دو همكار و پايايي از فرمول كوپاي (533/0) بدست آمد. يافته ها: در نتيجه 5 بعد، 20 مولفه و 186 شاخص شناسايي شد. بعد آموزشي، سازماني، فردي، رفتاري و اجتماعي- فرهنگي به عنوان ابعاد اصلي اخلاق حرفهاي شناسايي شد و همچنين در 3 راند اول دلفي 106شاخص با نظر 30 خبره حذف گرديد و در نهايت در راند چهارم 80 شاخص با ضريب كندال 768/0 مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. نتيجه گيري: بر اساس يافته هاي پژوهش نتايج نشان داد اخلاق حرفه اي داراي 5 بعد كلي 1- آموزش 2-سازمان 3- فردي 4- رفتاري 5- اجتماعي فرهنگي است.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate and identify the dimensions and components of professional ethics of faculty members of Islamic Azad University by modeling on Quranic principles in Tehran province. Materials and Methods: The method of conducting research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). In order to conduct this research, in addition to studying the review documents based on Quranic principles, the content analysis technique with MAXQDA12 software was used to identify the dimensions and components. The statistical population in this study were all experts in the field of professional ethics, which was conducted after an interview with 17 theoretical saturations. Validity was obtained through 4 experts and by two colleagues and reliability of the Copa formula (0.533). Findings: As a result, 5 dimensions, 20 components and 186 indicators were identified. Educational, organizational, personal, behavioral and socio-cultural dimensions were identified as the main dimensions of professional ethics and also in the first 3 rounds of Delphi 106 indicators were removed with 30 experts and finally in the fourth round 80 indicators with a Kendall coefficient of 0.768 it placed. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the results showed that professional ethics has 5 general dimensions: 1- education 2- organization 3- individual 4- behavioral 5- socio-cultural
