تحليل ادراك حريم در پيكربندي فضايي مجتمع هاي مسكوني معاصر با رويكرد نحو فضا (مطالعه موردي: مجتمع مسكوني آسمان تبريز)

Investigating and analyzing privacy perception in space configuration of contemporary residential complexes with a space syntax approach (Case study: Aseman-e Tabriz Residential Complex)

پژوهش حاضر به تحليل رابطه متقابل بين پيكربندي فضايي، عمق فضا، روابط فضاي معماري در ادراك حريم، جهت شناسايي الگوي پنهان و ساختار اجتماعي ارتباطات در يكي از مجتمع هاي مسكوني معاصر در تبريز، مي پردازد. "عمق"، "هم پيوندي" از پارامترهاي بسيار مهم در ادراك حريم مي باشند كه به كمك ترسيم نمودارهاي توجيهي و خروجي متغيرهاي عددي در نرم افزار تخصصي نحو فضا مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند. تكنيك نحو فضا در واقع بررسي ارتباط هر واحد فضايي در يك مجموعه در فضاي هم جوار است كه مي توان با شناخت ساختار اجتماعي ارتباطات اجزا باهم، به الگوي فعاليت هاي نظام يافته و بار معنايي و روابط فضايي دست يافت. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش، توصيفي- تحليلي با روش تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از نوع استدلال منطقي مي باشد كه در تدوين چارچوب نظري از روش كيفي و در تحليل نقشه ها و مدلسازي، از روش كمي استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق بر روي 11 نوع تيپ پلان متفاوت از واحدهاي مسكوني اين مجتمع، نشان از وجود ارتباط بين روابط فضاي معماري و پيكر بندي كالبد معماري و عمق فضايي در تعريف حريم دارد، همچنين مي تواند ارتباطات مناسب فضايي را براي دستيابي به حريم بيشتر جهت استفاده در طراحي پلان مجتمع هاي معاصر را، مشخص نمايد.

The present research aims to analyze the mutual relationship between space configuration, space depth and architectural space relations in privacy perception in order to identify the hidden pattern and social structures of relationships in one of the contemporary residential complexes in Tabriz. “Depth” and “integration” are among the important parameters in privacy perception, which have been studied via drawing justified graphs and output of numerical variables in the specialized space syntax software. Space syntax technique is in fact the investigation of the relationship of every space unit in a set in the neighboring space; through knowing social structure of the relationships of the components, the pattern of systematic activities and also the semantic load and spatial relationships can be obtained. The research methodology of the present descriptive-analytica study is information analysis and of logical reasoning type. The qualitative and quantitative methods are employed in the formulation of the theoretical framework and the analysis of maps and modeling, respectively. The research results on 11 types of different plans from the residential units of this complex revealed the relationship between architectural space relations and configuration of architectural body and spatial depth in the definition for privacy. Moreover, the appropriate spatial relationships for achieving more privacy can be defined in order to be used in the plan design of condemnatory complexes.
