Design and Psychometric Assessment of the Structural and Content Dimensions of Medical Universities and Higher Education Institutions: with an Approach to Development and Innovation in Medical Education In the 21st century

زمينه‌و‌هدف: ابعاد محتوايي‌و‌ساختاري دانشگاه‌هاي علوم‌پزشكي و موسسات آموزش‌عالي سلامت، از عوامل حياتي براي موفقيت ‌اين سازمان‌ ‌ها مي‌باشند. حركت دانشگاه‌ها از ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﻨﺘﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي نوين داﻧﺶ‌ﻣﺤﻮر نيازمند بررسي وضعيت اين ابعاد است. اين پژوهش جهت طراحي و روان سنجي ابزار سنجش ابعاد محتوايي‌و‌‌ساختاري سازمان دانشگاه‌هاي علوم‌‌پزشكي و موسسات آموزش‌ عالي‌سلامت انجام شد. روش بررسي: اين ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ در ﺳﺎل تحصيلي 1398-1397 و طي دو مرحله ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و اﻧﺠﺎم گرديد. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻃﺮاحي ﮔﻮيه‌ﻫﺎ و در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮐﻤﯽ روان‌سنجي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ابزار اوليه با 139گويه طراحي گرديد و پس از دو مرحله دلفي به124گويه تقليل يافت. روايي صوري كمي ‌و ‌كيفي بررسي و پايايي آن به روش آلفاي‌كرونباخ و پايايي‌تركيبي تعيين و ابزارمذكور با تحليل عامل تأييدي با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart pls3 مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: پس از مراحل تعيين روايي‌و‌‌پايايي، پرسشنامه‌اي با 16 بعد و 86 گويه طراحي شد. مقدار شاخص روايي محتوايي همه گويه‌ها بالاي 7/0به دست آمد. در بررسي روايي‌سازه، مقدار بار‌عاملي تمام گويه‌ها، مقادير مناسبي عمدتا بالاتر از 7/0، پايايي هر دو ملاك(آلفاي‌كرونباخ، پايايي‌تركيبي) تمام ابعاد بالاي 7/0، ميانگين واريانس‌استخراج‌شده((AVE را در همه ابعاد بيشتر از 5/0 نشان داد. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج اين مطالعه شاهد مناسبي در خصوص استحكام ساختار عاملي و پايايي ابزار سنجش ابعاد محتوايي‌و‌‌ساختاري دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك است. توسعه اين ابزار مي‌تواند جهت سنجش ابعاد محتوايي‌و‌‌ساختاري درساير دانشگاه‌هاي علوم‌پزشكي و موسسات آموزش‌عالي سلامت مورد توجه و استفاده پژوهشگران قرار گيرد. كليدواژه‌ها

Background and Purpose: The content and structural dimensions of medical universities and health education institutions are critical to the success of these organizations. The movement of universities from the disciplines to the new knowledge based Organization requires the examination of the status of these dimensions. This study was conducted to design and psychometrically evaluate the content and structural dimensions of the organization of medical universities and higher education institutes. Analysis method: This was done in the academic year of 1398-1397 and in two stages. In the qualitative research, design items and then took a psychometric questionnaire. The initial tool was designed with 139 items and was reduced to 124 items after two Delphi stages. Quantitative and qualitative formal validity was investigated and its reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha method and hybrid reliability. Findings: After determining the validity and reliability, a questionnaire with 16 dimensions and 86 items was designed. The value of the content validity index of all items was above 0.7. In the study of structural validity, the factor load factor of all items, appropriate values mainly above 0.7, reliability of both criteria (Alpha Cronbach, composite reliability) all dimensions above 0.7, average variance and extracted (AVE )showed more than 0.5 in all dimensions. Conclusion: The results of this study are a good indication of the strength of the factor structure and reliability of the content measurement tools of the content and structural dimensions of the major universities of medical sciences in Region One. This tool can be considered and used by researchers to measure the content and structural dimensions in other universities of medical sciences and higher education institutions.
