تحليلي بر مناسبات سياسي ايران و پاكستان از منظر ژئوپليتيك شيعه

An Analysis of Iran-Pakistan Political Relations from a Shiite Geopolitical Perspective

امروزه مسائل ايران و تشيع به گونه‌اي با هم پيوند خورده است كه ايران نمي‌تواند نسبت به سرنوشت شيعيان بي‌تفاوت باشد. از جمله كشورهايي كه بعد از ايران بيشترين جمعيت شيعه را دارد همسايه شرقي ايران يعني پاكستان است. ايران و پاكستان به عنوان دو كشور مهم و استراتژيك در جنوب غرب آسيا توانسته اند تأثيرگذاري مهمي بر تحولات منطقه و نيز بين الملل داشته باشند. اشتراكات فرهنگي، مذهبي و اجتماعي از يك سو و داشتن مرز مشترك پهناور از سوي ديگر موجب شده است روابط دو كشور با وجود اختلافات بنيادي در منافع و رويكردهاي سياسي نسبت به مسائل مهم و استراتژيك منطقه اي و بين المللي بر اساس رابطه اي دوستانه و پايدار تنظيم و استوار باشد كه در اين ميان نقش شيعيان پاكستان به عنوان اقليتي چشمگير و فعال در حوزه هاي سياسي اجتماعي كه حدود 20% جمعيت اين كشور را تشكيل مي دهند مورد توجه مي باشد. اين پژوهش با روش توصيفي- تحليلي به تحليل تأثيرپذيري مناسبات سياسي ايران و پاكستان از منظر ژئوپوليتيك شيعه، پرداخته است. سوال اصلي مطرح شده اين است كه مناسبات سياسي ايران و پاكستان چه تأثيرپذيري از ژئوپوليتيك شيعه دارد؟ نتايج نشان مي دهد كه مناسبات سياسي ايران و پاكستان بيشتر تحت تأثير عوامل ژئوپوليتيك شيعه بوده است و شيعيان پاكستان با وجود فشارهايي كه از جانب گروه هاي سلفي و تكفيري بر آنها حاكم است، توانسته اند در مناسبات سياسي بين اين دو كشور نقش ويژه اي داشته باشند.

The issues of Iran and Shi'ism are interconnected so that Iran can not be indifferent to the fate of the Shi'ites, on the other hand, it has been able to an important and influential component. In relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and other countries, including those countries that have the most Shiite population after Iran, is the eastern neighbor of Iran, have had a major impact on regional and international developments. on the one hand, the cultural, religious, and social shared on the one hand, and the creation of a large common border, on the other hand, have led the relations between the two countries, despite the fundamental differences in the interests and political approaches to important and strategic issues, regional and international, based on a friendly and lasting relationship. Pakistan's Shiite role as a significant minority active in the political sphere, which is about 20% of the population of the country, is being considered. This descriptive-analytical study has analyzed the impact of Shia geopolitics on the political relations between Iran and Pakistan. The main question is, how much influence does the political relationship between Iran and Pakistan have on Shiite geopolitics? The results of this study show that the political relations between Iran and Pakistan were more influenced by Shi'a geopolitical factors, and Pakistan's Shiites, despite the pressure exerted on the part of the Salafist and Takfiri groups They are ruling but they have been able to play a special role in relations between the two country.
