ارائه مدل اخلاق حرفه اي براي اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه فرهنگيان

Providing a model of professional ethics for faculty members at Farhangian University

بنابر نقش مهم اخلاق در موفقيت اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگبان در برنامه‌ي آموزشي و برقراري رابطه مطلوب با دانشجويان، شناسايي و بهبود مولفه‌هاي اخلاقي اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه فرهنگيان جهت بهبود و تقويت اين ابعاد ضروري مي-نمايد. لذا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگويي از اخلاق حرفه‌اي براي اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه فرهنگيان بود. پژوهش حاضر آميخته (كيفي-كمي) از نوع اكتشافي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش در بخش كيفي، 23 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهي و مسئولين دانشگاه فرهنگيان بودند كه به روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند. همچنين، جامعه آماري بخش كمي پژوهش نيز شامل كليه اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه فرهنگيان كل كشور بودند كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، و به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي 267 نفر از اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه فرهنگيان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوري داده‌ها از مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته (بخش كيفي) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (بخش كمي) استفاده شد. براي تحليل داده‌هاي كيفي پژوهش از تحليل محتوا استفاده شد. در بخش كمّي نيز از روش‌هاي تحليل عاملي (تأييدي) و مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي Spss و Lisrel استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه مولفه‌هاي صداقت، عدالت، احترام، مسئوليت‌پذيري، قانون مداري، وفاداري و حفظ كرامت انساني به عنوان مولفه‌‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر اخلاق حرفه‌اي اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه فرهنگيان شناسايي شدند. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه تمام مولفه‌هاي شناسايي شده، در بين اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه فرهنگيان در حد مطلوب بود و مدل ارائه شده از برازش مطلوبي برخوردار است.

Due to the important role of ethics in the success of Farhangban University professors in the educational program and establishing a favorable relationship with students, identifying and improving the ethical components of Farhangian University faculty members is necessary to improve and strengthen these dimensions. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to providing a model of professional ethics for faculty members at Farhangian University. The present study was a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) exploratory study. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section was 23 academic experts and officials of Farhangian University Which were selected by targeted sampling method. Also, the quantitative part of the study included all faculty members of Farhangian University throughout the country who 267 of them were selected using cluster random sampling method. The research tool in the qualitative section was interview and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The data analysis was done through content analysis in the qualitative part of the research, and in the quantitative section, descriptive and inferential (structural equation modeling) was done using SPSS-V22 and Lisrel-V8/8 software. The results showed that the components of honesty, justice, respect, responsibility, Orbital law, loyalty, and human dignity were identified as components the professional ethics of faculty members at Farhangian University. The findings of the research showed that all of identified components were desirable among faculty members of Farhangian University were in the best position for all of the identified components.
