The Effect of Good Governance with the Development Approach of Fourth Generation Universities on the Educational Quality of Macro Medical Universities in Region One

زمينه و هدف: هدف كلي پژوهش حاضر بررسي تاثير حكمراني خوب با رويكرد توسعه دانشگاه هاي نسل چهارم بر كيفيت آموزشي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك است. روش پژوهش: اين مطالعه كاربردي با رويكردي مختلط با استفاده از يك رويكرد كيفي و كمي در سال 1399 انجام شده است. در بخش كيفي از روش دلفي استفاده شده و در بخش كمي نيز از روش پيمايشي توصيفي استفاده شده است. در بخش كيفي 14 نفر به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و براساس قانون اشباع انتخاب شدند و از 1851 استاد هيات علمي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك آمايش آموزش عالي بخش سلامت كشور 320 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه بندي شده براساس فرمول كوكران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته حكمراني خوب با رويكرد توسعه دانشگاه هاي نسل چهارم با 64 سوال در 8 بعدو پرسشنامه كيفيت آموزشي صادقي و همكاران (1396) با 53 سوال در 6 بعد استفاده شد. روايي و ميزان اعتبار ابزارها توسط اساتيد راهنما و مشاور تأييد شد و پايايي تركيبي و آلفاي كرونباخ نيز بالاتر از 7/0 محاسبه شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS21 و PLS3.2 استفاده شد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد كه حكمراني خوب با رويكرد توسعه دانشگاه هاي نسل چهارم داراي 8 بعد بين المللي سازي دانشگاه، پاسخگويي، چشم انداز دانشگاه، آزادي علمي، كار تيمي، آينده نگري، شفافيت و ساختار دانشگاه است كه مهمترين بعد آن بين المللي سازي دانشگاه با ضريب 0/662 و مقدار R2 برابر 0/438 است. نتيجه گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه تأثير حكمراني خوب با رويكرد توسعه دانشگاههاي نسل چهارم بر كيفيت آموزشي دانشگاه‌‌هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك با ضريب 0/355 مثبت و معنادار مي‌‌باشد. كليدواژه‌ها

Background and Objective: The general objective of the present study was to evaluate the impact of good governance with the fourth-generation university development approach on the educational quality in macro medical universities of region 1. Methods and Materials: This applied study was conducted with a mixed approach using a qualitative and quantitative approach in 2020. In the qualitative section, the Delphi method was used, and in the quantitative part, the descriptive survey method was applied. In the qualitative section, the statistical population consisted of 14 people who were selected by purposive sampling method based on saturation law, and 1851 faculty members of macro-medical universities in region one were in the quantitative section of whom 320 were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling method based on Cochran's formula. In order to collect the data, three questionnaires on good governance with the development approach of fourth-generation universities with 64 questions in 8 dimensions and Sadeghi et al.’s (2015) educational quality questionnaire with 53 questions in 6 dimensions were used. The face and content validity of the tools were approved by the supervisor and the consultant and the composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha were calculated above 0.7. SPSS21 and PLS3.2 software were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that good governance with the development approach of fourth-generation universities had 8 dimensions of university internationalization, accountability, university vision, academic freedom, teamwork, foresight, transparency, and university structure, the most important dimension of which was the internationalization of the university. The path coefficient was 0.662 and the value of R2 was equal to 0.438. Conclusion: The results showed that the impact of good governance with the development approach of fourth-generation universities on educational quality with coefficients of 0.355 was positive and significant.
