Evaluation of physical and spatial concepts of residential buildings

يكي از دستاورد هاي تكنيكهاي نحو فضا جهت تحليل روابط فضايي ساختمان ها، ترسيم نمودار توجيهي مي باشد. هدف اين پژوهش نمايش نحوه استفاده از تكنيك چيدمان فضا در تحليل روابط خاص معماري خانه هاي سنتي و مدرن شهر تبريز مي باشد. در اين پژوهش فرض بر اين است كه پيكره بندي فضايي خانه كه تا اوايل پهلـوي داراي تـداوم و استمرار بوده از اواخر اين دوره دچار تغييرات شده و تداوم و استمرار در پيكره بندي فضايي موجود تا قبل از اين زمان، در دوره هاي بعدي از ميان رفته است كه اين خود ميتواند بر فرهنگ و نظام رفتاري ساكنان اثرگذار باشد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان ارزش فضايي در فضاهاي مختلف خانه است كه درنهايت منجر به كشف منطق فرهنگي-اجتماعي حاكم بر فضاهاي موردنظر است. به‌منظور به آزمون گذاشتن فرضيه‌هاي موردنظر پژوهش، پنج خانه از هر دوره به‌عنوان نمونه‌هاي موردي انتخاب گرديد. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش توصيفي تحليلي است و با استفاده از دو راهبرد كمي و كيفي به توصيف احتمالات وجود منطق فرهنگ-اجتماعي فضا پرداخته شد. در روش كمي از نرم افزار نحو فضا (Ucl depth map) استفاده گرديد و در روش كيفي، از بررسي سه شاخص "عمق"و"هم پيوندي" و "ارتباط" استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه روابط فرهنگي-اجتماعي تاثيرات عميقي بر ساختار كالبدي و پيكره‌بندي فضايي خانه‌هاي سنتي تبريز داشته است.

One of the achievements of spatial syntax techniques for analyzing the spatial relationships of buildings is the drawing of explanatory diagrams. The purpose of this study is to show how to use the space arrangement technique in analyzing the special architectural relationships of traditional and modern houses in Tabriz. In this study, it is assumed that the spatial configuration of the house, which had continuity until the early Pahlavi period, has changed since the end of this period, and the continuity in the existing spatial configuration before this time has disappeared in later periods. This in itself can affect the culture and behavioral system of residents. The purpose of this study is to investigate the amount of spatial value in different spaces of the house, which ultimately leads to the discovery of socio-cultural logic governing the spaces in question. In order to test the hypotheses of the research, five houses from each period were selected as case samples. The research method in this research is descriptive-analytical and using two quantitative and qualitative strategies, the possibilities of the socio-cultural logic of space were described. In the quantitative method, the space syntax software (Ucl depth map) was used and in the qualitative method, the three indicators of "depth", "interconnection" and "relationship" were used. The results showed that socio-cultural relations had profound effects on the physical structure and spatial configuration of traditional houses in Tabriz.
