نقش كاركردي شهرهاي كوچك در توسعه شاخص هاي پايداري شهرهاي حوزه نفوذ (مطالعه موردي: شهرستان نيكشهر)

Study is the Functional Role of Small Cities in the Development of Sustainability Indicators of Penetration Cities (Case Study: Nikshahr City)

هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ نقش كاركردي شهرهاي كوچك در توسعه شاخص‌هاي پايداري شهرهاي حوزه نفوذ (مطالعه موردي: شهرستان نيكشهر) مي باشد. رويكرد حاكم بر فضاي تحقيق كيفي و كمي و نوع تحقيق كاربردي است. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات، توصيفي و استنباطي از نرم افزارهاي (SPSS و Expert Choice) و تكنيك Fuzzy VIKOR استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري شامل ساكنان شهرهاي در حوزه نفوذ شهر نيكشهر در (اسپكه و بنت) مي باشد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران با توجه به جمعيت شهرهاي مورد بررسي در سال 1395 (10541) نفر مي باشد، كه از اين تعداد 370 پرسشنامه بر اساس نمونه گيري درصد تناسب بين شهرها توزيع شده است. نتايج بررسي نقش كاركرد شهر نيكشهر در توسعه اقتصادي و اجتماعي شهرهاي حوزه نفوذ با استفاده از رگرسيون چندگانه به روش گام به گام نشان داد كه، متغير مستقل (كاركرد شهر نيكشهر) و متغيرهاي وابسته (اقتصادي و اجتماعي) داراي رابطه معناداري در سطح 0.05=P مي باشد. همچنين نتايج اولويت بندي ابعاد توسعه اقتصادي و اجتماعي از نرم افزار Expert Choice نشان داد، در بين ابعاد توسعه به ترتيب بعد اقتصادي با وزن به دست آمده 0.550، بعد اجتماعي با وزن به دست آمده 0.450، رتبه اول و دوم را به خود اختصاص داده اند. در نهايت نتايج رتبه بندي شهرهاي حوزه نفوذ شهر نيكشهر با تاكيد بر ابعاد توسعه با استفاده از مدلFuzzy VIKOR نشان داد كه شهر اسپكه با Q به دست آمده 0.640 و شهر بنت با Q به دست آمده 0.360، در اولويت اول و دوم قرار دارند.

the purpose of this study is the functional role of small cities in the development of sustainability indicators of penetration cities (case study: Nikshahr city). The approach to the research space is qualitative and quantitative and the type of research is applied. for analyzing descriptive and inferential information, software (SPSS and Expert Choice) and Fuzzy VIKOR Technique were used. The statistical population consists of inhabitants of cities located in the area of influence of Nikshahr city (Spakeh and Bent), which using the Cochran formula and according to the population of the cities surveyed in 2017, their number is 10541 people. The study of the role of the function of Nikshahr city in the economic and social development of cities in the penetration area, using multiple regression method in step-by-step method, showed that, independent variable (function of Nikshahr city) and dependent variables (economic and social) have a significant relation at the level of P=0.05. Also, the results of prioritizing the economic and social development dimensions of Expert Choice software showed that, among the dimensions of development, respectively, economic dimensions with a weight of 0.550 and social dimension with a weight of 0.450, ranked first and second. Finally, the results of ranking of cities in the area of influence of Nikshahr city with emphasis on development dimensions using Fuzzy VIKOR model showed that the city of Spectra with weight of 0.640 and the city of Bennett with weight of 360.0, have the first and second priorities.
