چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران درﺑﺮﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪه ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ اي از ﻧﮕﺮشﻫﺎ در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﯾﺠﺎد، ﺣﻔـﻆ و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ و ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن، ﭘﯿﺎده ﺳﺎزي ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران، ﺟﻬﺖ ﺣﻔﻆ و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش اﯾﻦ رﻓﺘﺎر اﺧﻼﻗﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻗﺸﺮ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎر ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳـﺖ. از اﯾـﻦ رو ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر ﺷﻨﺎﺳـﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻨﺎﺻـﺮ اﺻـﻠﯽ ﭘﯿﺎدهﺳﺎزي ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران در ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه و آﻧﻬﺎ را در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺎزﻧﻤﺎﯾﯽ و ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻧﻤﻮد. روش ﮐﺎر: از روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ )ﮐﯿﻔﯽ- ﮐﻤﯽ( ﺑﺮاي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ذﻫﻨﯿﺖﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﺣﺎﮐﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺶ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي، رﺿـﺎﯾﺖ ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ، ﻏﻨـﯽ ﺳـﺎزي ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿـﺖ زﻧـﺪﮔﯽ ﮐـﺎري، ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و اﻫﺪاف اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ذﻫﻨﯽ اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﻬﺪﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ﻏﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري، ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و اﻫﺪاف از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ و ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Organizational commitment of nurses involves a set of attitudes related to activities in order to create, maintain and expand effectiveness and efficiency. In this regard, implementation of organizational commitment of nurses is of great importance in preserving and extending this ethical behavior among nurses of society. Therefore, this research aims to identify the main elements of implementation of organizational commitment of nurses in health centers and to represent them in the form of a conceptual model. Methods: The exploratory (qualitative -quantitative) mixed research method was used to identify the main attitudes governing the organizational commitment of nurses. Results: Findings showed that six variables of professional ethics, job satisfaction, job enrichment, quality of work life, job stress and goals were the main dimensions of mental health affecting organizational commitment. Conclusion: Professional ethics, job satisfaction, job enrichment, quality of work life, job stress, and goals are the main elements of implementation of organizational commitment in nurses.
