چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: از اركان بسيار مهم ثبات هر سازمان رضايت شغلي كاركنان است. كيفيت زندگي كاري فراتر از رضايت شغلي است كه شامل تأثير محيط كار بر رضايت شغلي و رضايت در حوزههاي غيركاري زندگي و احساس سلامت ذهني ميشود. هدف از مطالعهٔ حاضر تعيين رابطهٔ بين رضايت شغلي و كيفيت زندگي كاري در ميان معلمان مدارس استثنايي شهر تهران بود.
روشبررسي: اين مطالعه از نوع توصيفي-تحليلي بود و بهروش مقطعي و روي 244 نفر از معلمان مدارس استثنايي شهر تهران در سال 1397 انجام شد كه بهروش نمونهگيري تصادفي خوشهاي انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوري دادهها، پرسشنامههاي بيستسؤالي رضايت شغلي مينهسوتا (ويس، 1967) و بيستوچهارسؤالي كيفيت زندگي كاري ون لار (ون لار، 2007) بهكار رفت. براي تحليل دادهها از آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و بهمنظور تجزيهوتحليل از نرمافزار آماري SPSS استفاده شد.
يافتهها: نتايج نشان داد كه ميانگين و انحراف معيار رضايت شغلي و كيفيت زندگي كاري معلمان مدارس استثنايي بهترتيب 74٫76 و 11٫38 براي رضايت شغلي و 80٫63 و 11٫17 براي كيفيت زندگي كاري است؛ يعني بهطوركلي معلمان مدارس استثنايي از شغل خود راضي بودند. همچنين ميانگين كيفيت زندگي كاري نشانگر كيفيت زندگي كاري خوب معلمان مدارس استثنايي است. بين كيفيت زندگي كاري و رضايت شغلي ضريب همبستگي 0٫751 بود و رابطهٔ مثبت و معناداري وجود داشت (0٫001>p).
نتيجهگيري: طبق نتايج مطالعه معلمان مدارس استثنايي كيفيت زندگي كاري و رضايت شغلي خوبي دارند. ارتقا و بهبود ابعاد كيفيت زندگي كاري ميتواند منجربه رضايت شغلي بيشتري در معلمان اين مدارس و بهبود ارائهٔ خدمات آموزشي به دانشآموزان شود.

Background & Objectives: Each organization requires different resources to achieve its goals. Furthermore, human resources are undoubtedly the most critical capital in any organization. Job satisfaction is among the most essential issues at the managerial and human resource levels of
organizations. This concept significantly impacts organizational progression as well as workforce health. Job satisfaction varies depending on the quality of working life. The quality of working life is not only affected by job satisfaction, but also by satisfaction in other life aspects, such
as family satisfaction, leisure, social life, and financial status. Therefore, the focus of quality of working life is beyond job satisfaction; it includes
the impact of the work environment on job satisfaction, contentment in non–residential dimensions, and mental health. One of the variables
affecting the quality of working life is the degree of satisfaction with one's job. The present study aimed to determine the relationship between
job satisfaction and the quality of working life among the teachers of exceptional schools in Tehran City, Iran.
Methods: This descriptive–analytical study was conducted on 244 students of Tehran's exceptional schools in 2018 that were selected by cluster
random sampling method. After conducting the normalization test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between
demographic characteristics and job satisfaction and the quality of working life. T–test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were used to analyze
the obtained data in SPSS.
Results: The achieved results indicated that the average value of job satisfaction of teachers in exceptional schools was equal to 74.7%, i.e.,
teachers in exceptional schools were satisfied with their career. Furthermore, the average score of quality of working life for exceptional school
teachers was calculated as 80.63%, indicating their high quality of working life. The correlation coefficient between the quality of working life
and job satisfaction was computed as 0.751, and there was a positive and significant relationship between these variables.
Conclusion: According to the results of the study, exceptional school teachers have a good working life quality and job satisfaction. Improving the quality of working life can lead to greater job satisfaction in teachers in these schools and improve the provision of educational services to students.
