نگاه ديناميكي به پديده ها و تفكر غيرخطي در خصوص آنها نقطه مغفول فرماندهي و مديريت بيشتر سازمان ها و ارگان ها بوده است كه پيامدهاي آن منجر به اتخاذ تصميمات ضعيف و گاه نادرست مي شود. راه هاي متفاوت و متعددي براي دستيابي به مهارت تفكر سيستمي وجود دارد كه در اين ميان، دانش دستگاه هاي ديناميكي با بهره گيري از زبان رياضي و قابليت مدل سازي آن اقبال فراواني در توسعه علم فرماندهي و مديريت پيدا كرده است. اين مقاله با در نظر گرفتن چهارچوب كلي دستگاه هاي ديناميكي غيرخطي رياضي، رفتار ديناميكي مدل رياضي ساده اي از دستگاه هاي غيرخطي تقابل نيروها و استعداد يك سازمان در نيروي دريايي راهبردي ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران را مورد بررسي موردي قرار مي دهد.

There exist different and various methods for achieving the skill of systematic thinking among which the knowledge of dynamical systems, with the help of mathematics and the ability of modeling, has achieved notable attentions in the science advancement of command and management. By considering the framework of mathematical non-linear dynamical systems, this study examines the dynamical behavior of a simple mathematical model of non-linear systems of confronting forces and the manpower of Islamic republic of Iran strategic navy.
