فرصت و موانع توسعه آموزش الكترونيكي در دانشگاه هاي افسري آجا مطالعه موردي دانشگاه پدافند هوايي خاتم الانبياء (ص)

Investigating Barriers and Opportunities for the Development of E-Learning in AJA Officer Universities Case Study of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University (PBUH)

در اين برهه زماني كه كليه كشورهاي دنيا و از جمله ايران دچار همه گيري بيماري كوويد 19 گرديده اند و كليه مراكز آموزشي و فرهنگي در كشور به حالت تعطيل و يا نيمه تعطيل درآمده اند، نظام آموزشي كشور در تلاش است تا اجراي آموزش ها در سطوح مختلف تحصيلي را در فضاي مجازي (آموزش الكترونيكي) اجرايي نمايد تا خللي در امورات كشور در حوزه آموزش بوجود نيايد.هم گام با اين تغييرات آموزش و تربيت افسران نيروهاي مسلح نيز بايستي با توسعه آموزش الكترونيكي در سطح دانشگاه هاي افسري اجا در برنامه ها و اولويت هاي كاري ارتش و نيروهاي مسلح قرار گيرد. در اين پژوهش سعي شده فرصت ها و موانع توسعه آموزش الكترونيكي دانشگاه هاي افسرس آجا با مطالعه بروي پدافند هوايي خاتم الانبياء (ص) بر اساس اسناد، مدارك و تحليل عقلايي و تجربيات خبرگان اين حوزه بر اساس روش علمي كسب گردد تا زمينه ساز توسعه اين آموزش ها در نيروهاي مسلح شود.پژوهش گر، جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كليه اساتيد هيات علمي، هييت خبره سامانه آموزش ستاد و دانشگاه پدافند هوايي خاتم الانبياء(ص) در حدود تقريبي 220 نفر محاسبه و اندازه جامعه ي نمونه با استفاده از جدول تعيين اندازه نمونه (كرجسي و مورگان؛ 1979) 149 نفر به دست آمد و سپس با روش آميخته در قالب تحليل كمي وكيفي به تحليل مطالب پرداخته شد. روايي و پايايي ابزار گرداوري و پرسشنامه بر اساس الفاي كرونباخ محاسبه و عدد 0.89 محاسبه گرديد كه نشان از پايايي مناسب پرسش نامه مورد استفاده در پژوهش دارد. نتايج اين تحقيق مويد اين واقعيت است، فرصت هاي كاهش هزينه هاي ساخت و نگهداشت ابنيه آموزشي، كاهش هزينه هاي جاري پرسنلي آموزش، كاهش هزينه هاي تجهيزات آموزشي و كمك آموزشي، عدم امكان دخل و تصرف در متون و مطالب آموزشي و همچنين امكان استفاده از اساتيد مجرب در تخصص هاي گوناگون مهم ترين عوامل و فرصت ها موجود در بهره برداري از اين گونه آموزش ها در دانشگاه هستند.

At this time, when all countries in the world, including Iran, have been affected by the epidemic of Covid disease and all educational and cultural centers in the country have been closed or semi-closed, the country's educational system is trying to implement education. Implement at different levels of education in cyberspace (e-learning) so as not to disrupt the country's affairs in the field of education.Along with these changes, the training and education of officers of the Armed Forces should also be included in the work programs and priorities of the Army and the Armed Forces with the development of e-learning at the level of AJA officer universities. In this research, we have tried to obtain the opportunities and obstacles for the development of e-learning at AJA officer universities by studying the air defense of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) based on documents, evidence and rational analysis and the experiences of experts in this field based on scientific methods. Develop these trainings in the Armed Forces.Researcher, the statistical population of the study includes all faculty members, the expert staff of the training system of the headquarters and Khatam al-Anbia University of Air Defense about 220 people and the size of the sample population using the sample size table 149 people were obtained and then the content was analyzed by mixed method in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The validity and reliability of the collection tool and the questionnaire were calculated based on Cronbach's alpha and the number 0.89 was calculated which indicates the appropriate reliability of the questionnaire used in the research.The results of this study confirm the fact that opportunities to reduce the cost of construction and maintenance of educational buildings, reduce the current costs of training personnel, reduce the cost of training equipment and training assistance,
