Identifying the factors affecting the social responsibility of high school students in Nowshahr

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي و شناسايي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر مسئوليت­پذيري اجتماعي دانش ­آموزان متوسطه شهرستان نوشهر انجام يافته است. روش تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ جمع­آوري اطلاعات توصيفي و به روش همبستگي انجام گرفته است و جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل همه معلمان متوسطه شهرستان نوشهر مي­شود كه بر اساس جدول مورگان 275 نفر به­عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب و به روش نمونه­گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب و براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استاندارد مسئوليت پذيري اجتماعي كه داراي 36 سوال و به طيف ليكرت صورت گرفته است. براي تحليل يافته­ها، علاوه بر آمار توصيفي (شاخص ­هاي گرايش مركزي و نمودارها) از روش استنباطي و با استفاده از نرم­افزار pls و از روش معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده است. نتايج اين تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه عوامل تاثيرگذار بر مسئوليت­پذيري اجتماعي دانش آموزان شناسايي كه سهم هريك از عوامل بر اساس آماره t در سطح معني­داري تاييد و عوامل عزت نفس، احساس تعلق، احساس امنيت، تعهد دروني، تعهد بيروني شناسايي شدند.

This study aimed to investigate and identify the factors affecting the social responsibility of high school students in Nowshahr. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection via correlation method. The research population included all high school teachers in Nowshahr, out of which 275 participants were selected as the research sample according to Morgan's Table through simple random sampling method. The Standard Questionnaire of Social Responsibility (36 items in Likert Scale) was utilized to collect data. In order to analyze the findings, in addition to descriptive statistics (measures of central tendency and graphs), the inferential method was used via PLS and the structural equation method. The results of this study indicate that the statistically significant identified factors affecting students' social responsibility include self-esteem, sense of belonging, sense of security, internal commitment, and external commitment
