بررسي تاثير عوامل جامعه‌شناختي بهزيستي اجتماعي سالمندان در شهرستان رشت

Investigation of sociological factors related to the method of caring for the elderly in Rasht with a theoretical approach

امروزه روند سالمند شدن جمعيت در جهان و از جمله در ايران روبه فزوني است و بنارين شيوه‌هاي مراقبت و تامين نيازمندي‌هاي سالمندان بسيار مهم است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين عوامل جامعه‌شناختي مرتبط با بهزيستي اجتماعي سالمندان در شهرستان رشت انجام شده است . روش تحقيق ، روش كيفي و تكنيك مورد استفاده ، گراندد تئوري بود . مشاركت‌كنندگان خانواده‌هاي داراي والدين سالمند و پرستاران و پزشكان خانه سالمندان بودند . روش نمونه‌‌گيري ، هدفمند و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها ، مصاحبه بود . تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها به صورت كدگذاري سه‌گانه باز ، محوري و انتخابي انجام گرفت . يافته‌ها نشان داد كه مجموعه عوامل مرتبط با نگهداشت سالمندان موجب بهزيستي اجتماعي سالمند مي‌شود. اين پديده متاثر از شرايط علي است كه در نگهداشت سالمندان موثر است ؛ از جمله تامين نيازهاي سالمندان ، تعداد زياد فرزندان ، آگاهي و تجربه شيوه هاي مراقبت ، پشتيباني تخصصي از سالمند . داشتن تغذيه مناسب ، سطح بهداشتي و درماني كافي، داشتن مكان زندگي راحت و آسوده از نيازهاي اساسي و مهم سالمندان است ، اما مهم ترين خطري كه فرد سالمند را تهديد مي كند در انزوا قرار گرفتن او از سوي اطرافيان است .

Today, the aging population is increasing in the world, including in Iran, and therefore the methods of care and meeting the needs of the elderly is very important. The aim of this study was to determine the sociological factors related to social welfare of the elderly in Rasht. The research method, qualitative method and technique used were grounded theory. Participants were families with elderly parents and nurses and nursing home physicians. The sampling method was purposeful and the data collection tool was interview. Data analysis was performed in the form of open, axial and selective triple coding. Findings showed that the set of factors related to the care of the elderly contributes to the social well-being of the elderly. This phenomenon is affected by causal conditions that are effective in caring for the elderly; Including meeting the needs of the elderly, large number of children, knowledge and experience of care methods, specialized support for the elderly. Having proper nutrition, adequate level of health and treatment, having a comfortable and comfortable living place are the basic and important needs of the elderly, but the most important danger that threatens the elderly is his isolation from those around him.
